すごく良い
場所は、わかりやすい。京都駅から徒歩でも行けます。チェックインがわかりづらかったです。しかも、時間がかかり、大雨に降られてびしょ濡れでしたので困りました。部屋は広かったですが、床や壁に傷がたくさん、壁には穴があき、置いてあったソファは穴があいてボロボロで中の綿が飛び出してました。掃除も杜撰、コード周りはほこりだらけでした。一番困ったのは、大量の蚊。ドアを急いで開閉したものの、次々入ってきて、10匹は退治しました。仕方なく、ドラッグストアに走り、蚊のこないスプレーを買いました。 さらに表示

すごく良い
安いのに部屋も広く、バスタブもありとても良くて過ごしやすかったです。 ただ、お部屋が広かったためか暖房の風力がいまいちで寒かったです。 しばらく時間が経てばあったかくなりました。 このこと以外は、お値段以上に良い宿泊先です。 さらに表示

Everytime I visit Kyoto, I stayed close to Kyoto Station for easy access to all the buses and trains for sightseeing, also for food and shopping options. This property is very ideally located right next to Shosei-en Garden, which is in a quiet residential neighbourhood . 10-15 mins walk to Kyoto Station. The clean deluxe suite #206 was perfect for 4 adults with 4 comfortable single beds, dining table for 4, an efficient kitchen( need to pay 500 YEN to rent a kitchen set), a useful laundry machine perfect during hot weather, a desktop computer, Wifi access, and a huge bathroom with toilet separated. We had a very happy one week stay. Will come back again and highly recommend! さらに表示

After a week in small hotel rooms, it was great to stay here for 4 nights. We had double the space, a small table with 2 chairs, kichenette, washing machine and clothes drying facility. We did not do any cooking but it was nice to have breakfast in the room before going out for the day. We were out everyday from early morning to late so we did not met any staff but getting the keys to the room via the locker system went without a hitch. The location is within walkable distance from Kyoto train station but could be an issue for some people with a lot of luggage. It was easy to find because once you see Kyoto Tower, you will know which is the right direction to walk. Would definitely stay here again. さらに表示

We booked a room for 3 pax. The room itself is superb, it feels like a mini home. However, it got us sometimes to look for the guesthouse according to GPS maps. Apparently they just don’t work well in Kyoto. In the end, we found it according to the drawn map provided by the guesthouse which they’ll send via email sometimes before your arrival. Once you get your hands on its location, it shouldn’t be a problem. Accessible from the main station. Staff can communicate in English and Chinese. さらに表示

Our Room is very spacious and can even accommodate 2 more people. The GuestHouse is near Kyoto Station so if your leaving with heavy luggage, the staff can schedule taxi for you to the Limousine Bus Terminal going to KIX. The service apartment was cosy and large enough for 3 persons. The third person could sleep on a sofa bed and it was comfortable enough. The hotel location was quite far from the subway, however within somewhat walking distance. There was luggage storage for us to leave our luggage after checkout. However reception was not 24-hr. Firstly, the room is big and clean! It also has everything you need such as stove, kettle, refrigerator, washing machine (free) with detergent. Thus the facilities and amenities are full score. As for location, it was 10mins walk from kyoto station. We recommend using higashinotoin dori - road as it was easier to drag the luggage along. It was a good base to explore what Kyoto has to offer through the use of buses. However, there are nothing much in the vicinity such as shops or restaurants. さらに表示

You would barely see the staff here, only for the first time that you checked-in but he was very friendly and awesome. The hotel is around 1k far from Kyoto Station. It's quiet and nice for 3 of us. The worse part is, there is no elevator. So, you might need to drag your luggage from the ground the your room. Good thing is we had the second floor so it wasn't that hard. Other things else were fine. The hotel didn't offer breakfast, but you can easily find food in a mini-mart or restaurant around there. さらに表示

We had a nice apartment overlooking a parking lot and the Shosei-en garden with 2 comfortable beds. (no reading lights though) The furnishing is basic, but it was very clean. It is only a 5 min walk away from the station and some of the major temples. I will stay there again. さらに表示

We were just looking a lodging for a one-night stay in Kyoto. The place was within walkable distance from Kyoto Station and I would recommend staying here if you are taking the bullet train from Tokyo due to its convenience. The staff was friendly and provided much information about how to go around the area and where to drop our luggage after check-out. The bathroom was spacious, neat and tidy. It exceeded our expectations for a 2-star hotel. Overall experience, amazing and would consider staying again. さらに表示

it takes 10 mins for walk from Kyoto station. Not hard to find. The room is comfortable and the size is relatively big compare to same budget hotels. Washing machine is included in the room. The staff is nice and helpful. I would rather choose Villa Court Karasuma Nanajo Guesthouse next time. Highly recommend. さらに表示

This place is of excellent value. Yes, the rooms are small, but for the price you pay, it is excellent value, and comes with so many amenities and little things which make your stay in the compact place very comfortable. These include things like doors that convert the tap and basin area into part of the bathroom, lights which have different brightness settings, a bathroom with heater right above you!!! Clean, spacious rooms and they provide most necessities plus a few extra (slippers, toiletries). The washing machine and drying room were really appreciated. No frills check-in/check-out process. WiFi was good for most of the time (would slow down a bit at night). Location-wise, would require a bit of walking from Kyoto station but very manageable unless you have lots of luggage. About an 8 minute walk from Kyoto train station (which is a JR station), it was easy to get to and close to lots of restaurants. It was on a quiet little street without much traffic. The suite had everything--a kitchenette, washing machine, and the typical separated bathroom. We had to walk up the stairs to the third floor. The suite was just a bit old feeling, and smelled bad (not a body odor smell, not a moldy smell, kind of like machinery or something). Checkin was very smooth--you just do it yourself, so you don't need to worry about arriving late and not having staff to check you in. The guesthouse is far from the main streets, so if you're looking for a quiet place to stay, this one is for you. Nonetheless, bus and subway stations are within walking distance. It's rather far from Kyoto station, but if you have the 500 yen bus pass you can ride bus no 5 and stop at Karasuma-Rokujo station and walk. For convenient stores, you must walk further. さらに表示

Close to Kyoto station and located in one silent alley, also many restaurants around not far, room facility not luxury but definitely complete and comfortable, separate toilet and bathroom. Be cool to be able to cook something by ourselves. My daughter like here very much! さらに表示
