Very Happy with our stay. the staff is very friendly and helpful and can speak good english. the villa is very clean and spacious, with excellent view of mount fuji. Will definitely get back here again さらに表示

First of all, the service is superb. We were upgraded to mountain view unit, and the friendly staff took effort to facilitate the move. Location maybe a bit inconvenient if you are not driving. However is an excellent family stay for us. Totally enjoyed the villa さらに表示

This hotel is separate by house with beautiful decorate. I really feel good and comfortable when I meet the staff and house. There is every facilities do you need. Although there is no breakfast or dinner provide in here but staff will bring you to super market or suggest you for restuarant around there include sighseeing spot. The view from house was so amazing and you should be here which you can take a shower and enjoy fuji mt view together. The place is located far from shirakawago station but has a very nice view of Mt. Fuji in your window. If you want to get a good picture of Mt. Fuji... you can choose this place. The host is also very kind. He will accompany you to Shirakawago bus station when needed. さらに表示

Great location. Around 5-7 minutes walk to the lake with stunning view of Mt.Fuji. Some houses in the villa can see Mt.Fuji from the terrace. The convenient stores might be far but the staff is friendly and willing to help us in every way. The hotel provides transportation from Kawaguchiko Station as well. さらに表示

The staffs are so helpful especially Hiroyuki-san who help us a lot during our stay. The villa is so comfortable, bathroom with good water pressure! I can view Mount Fuji from every corner of the villa I stayed! Will definitely come back again! さらに表示

Very helpful and nice staff welcome me at 6pm in Station and also take me to the market. It’s really a very nice house with all the stuff we need! A open kitchen for us to prepare our breakfast and dinner. Bathroom with shower and Jacucci so we can have warm bath every night. Mt. Fuji view on the second floor but It’s too cloudy that day. Walking distant to the maple cooridor so please choose to live here if you come in maple season. Really great living experience! さらに表示

This place is fantastic better than the pictures. We were there during recent typhoon and therefore had limited opportunity to venture out. This place was well equipped and we enjoyed our stay even though we didn't get a clear day to view Mt Fuji さらに表示

Hiro was awesome right from the beginning. They gave us green tea when we arrived. There is free parking in front of the property. Only thing I didn't like was that they are very firm on the checkin and checkout times, so be prepared for a no if you want more time in the place. さらに表示

True to the reviews the villa is big and spacious. Facilities are clean and user friendly. Hosts are also very friendly. Got ride to and fro Kawaguchiko Station on day of arrival and departure. But like all hotels there will be some down side. Some people will say there is no Osen in the facilities and that it's far from main road. Depending on who you go with, it's most accessible by car. But a short walk of ten mins is all it needs to reach the main road and next to the lake ( walked with a four year old boy who cannot stop being distracted by everything along the way ) Personally I find the room too bright at night bec of the fire exit sign which cannot be switch off. さらに表示

Nice villa with Mt Fuji scenery. It is a 5-min walk to Lake Kawaguchiko, which is the best place to see the cherry blossom. The owner was very friendly and helpful. The villa was new, clean and fully equipped. So far, we have stayed in 3 different villas in that area and this is the best!!! さらに表示

This Villa was one of our family's best stay in Japan. We stayed in one of the houses that offered a direct view of Mt Fuji from the bedroom. All the facilities in the Villa are excellent, my children enjoyed the jacuzzi especially.
