すごく可愛い店です。 玄関に宿泊予定に関する情報を黒板に可愛く書いた。 飲み物、冷蔵庫、トイレ、タオルのリサイクルバスケットなどの所に、日、英、中、韓、仏の多国語で書いて、外国人としても親切で便利です。中国語の変なところも別の紙で修正されて、真剣で可愛いです。 部屋の裏には写真通りの小さな庭があって、蚊がない季節はそこに座って話し合ったらとってもいい気分です。 朝は日差しが廊下に差す。一階の部屋なら、扉を開けて日向ぼっこして、ふんわりした感じです。和室には花瓶や人形や兜など日本伝統の物が置かれて、京都の感じを味わえます。 宿泊当日、店主は居なくて、店主のお父さんに招待されたのです。いつも笑って、とっても熱心な人です。珍しいお酒でご馳走してもらって、京都をはじめ、外国の部屋までいろいろ話し合って、すごく楽しかったです。 素晴らしい宿泊でした。超お薦めです！ 十分可爱的一家店。 玄关的黑板上用非常可爱的字写着住宿的信息。 饮料、冰箱、洗手间、毛巾回收筐等处，用日、英、中、韩、法多国语言标记，外国人也会感到亲切和便利。中文几处错误的地方，被修正后又贴了一张纸，真的很认真很可爱。 屋子的后面有像照片上那样的小庭院，没有蚊子的季节可以坐在那说说话，氛围很不错。 早晨阳光会照到走廊。如果住在一楼的话，打开门晒晒太阳，很祥和的感觉。和室里有放着花瓶、人偶、头盔等日本传统风味的物件，相当有京都的感觉。 住宿当天店主不在，招待我的是店主的父亲。一直笑呵呵，非常热情的人。请我喝了很少见的酒，从京都到国外的住房等等聊了很多，特别开心。 非常棒的一次住宿。超推荐！ さらに表示

the room is big and clean. the shared bathroom and toilet is very clean too. it's around 10 mins walk from the metro station, which is a bit far when u hv ur luggage with you. there are bus to different places when you walk to the main street, it's quite convenient. it is a bit expensive but we try it to have a taste of a more local stay. noise is a main issue for me. u can hear ppl talking or packing in the next room; as well as ppl and car in the neighbor passing by in the street さらに表示

We stayed 7 night and had a very good time. Our rooms were very clean, toilet and bath facilities perfect, when you share them with others. Good possibility to wash your close. A nice kitchen with all facilities and utensils you need. Close to public transportation. The owner was so nice to go out of his way to help us to get tickets, that we could not get hold on from our home country. We have had such nice 7 days due to the living facilities we have had. さらに表示

I want my money back! There was no one at home when we arrived, the front door was unlocked and there are no locks on the room doors! Walls have stains on them and there was no noise dampeners and no privacy between rooms. I have a bad knee and was not informed the room was in the attic up a ladder.... さらに表示

The villa was nothing but amazing! All facilities were available - bath needs, beddings and cooking wares. It is like a home away from home. Location would be a bit tricky but central to Kyoto with city buses and railways nearby about 5-8mins walk. Only comment would be the stairs, as it is difficult for those having big luggages, the stair was steep since its an old-style Japanese house so be very careful. When we booked this place, there were no reviews of the place. We decided to get the twin room as there was just two of us. This was a mistake. This room has absolutely nothing in it (no decoration), and it is on the second floor (which does not have a bathroom). It does not even have mats, so it was a futon on a fake wooden floor. We were looking for a Japanese experience. Instead, it was more like staying at your friend's place when you were a kid, with the parents in the room next door. Also, no wifi in October 2016. If you are a backpacker, this is probably a good experience. For us, it didn't have the location, convenience or the Japanese experience to pay this much. In the end, because we only have a limited number of vacation days a year, we ended up leaving early and paying more for a place to really relax. さらに表示

We had a great time visiting Kyoto but surely a highlight was, at the end of our last night, bumping in to the grandfather of the house - whose name unfortunately I forget. Despite an early morning start he very kindly offered us both a beer, gave us an impromptu shochu tasting and pulled out some snacks. None of the family speak much English so Google Translate came in very handy. Great experience sleeping on a futon as is traditional. The only qualms we would have were that the house is a fair walk from the station, and there is only one shower which could make your morning a little slow when the house is fully occupied. さらに表示
