由于工作我经常需要去日本，日本各地的温泉酒店也住了不少了，这次是带着一大家子十几口人纯旅游来了，期间入住了两家河口湖酒店，相对来说，这家最贵、房间最新、吃的最一般、性价比最低。要说风景好，河口湖这个价位的每家风景都超好。我们是包两餐食宿的，吃的实在太一般（我不知道那些评价吃的很好的人是不是旅游心情太好了），晚餐按理应该是怀石料理，结果和快餐差不多，落座前所有菜品通通上齐了，菜品质量让我很不满意！数量上一个大男人也是吃不饱的。幸好，若草丸荣安排在第一天，我的朋友家人第一次来，他们没有比较就觉得很好，第二天换了一家，一经比较，发现第二家更好！心情更好了，哈哈。 さらに表示

The view from our room was completely breath taking overlooking Lake Kawaguchi. We booked the Japanese-style Room with Semi Open-air Bath, but we did not get the chance to use the bath. It was summer and there were many insects outside our room near the tub. We also saw cobwebs outside the window, the hotel should really consider cleaning! Staff were really friendly and helpful, there is a free shuttle service from the train station. We also enjoyed the huge spread of local food over breakfast and dinner. さらに表示

The place is vey clean and tidy with spacious room and comfortable onsen. The outdoor onsen is a must-try! We booked a room with a private onsen in the balcony but it turns out that it is just normal tube water so at the end we didn’t even try it. Maybe the description in the website could be a bit clearer. Staff are helpful and friendly. All in all a perfect experience despite the high price. Highly recommended! さらに表示

Pros: 1. Nice roof to see the Mount Fuji view - spectacular 2. Food is good, dinner served in private room and breakfast in a dining hall with good lake view 3. Nice service as they helped to pick up luggage from car at carpark which is opposite to the hotel 4. Spacious hotel, nice design, room size reasonable Cons: 1. Onsen not too impressive, and the "outdoor Onsen" isn't so outdoor as it's under a roof 2. A bit remote and no shop close-by 3. Price is a bit too high; should have better options with such price level all in all, no harm if you can afford the price as food and roof are two highlights you would justify the money spent. さらに表示

Excellent stay. Room was spacious and had private outdoor tub facing the lake. The outdoor public baths had beautiful views although there was only 1 pool in each area. The public bath was a bit too hot but overall a good experience. The Japanese meals were excellent and had different menu each day. Food was served in a separate floor in a private room. A very good Japanese onsen hotel. We are served with tea in a welcome area and staff come to serve us for all the check in steps and we don't need to wait over counter. The diner is good and tasty and is served in our room. The hotel is not very close to station but they provide free pickup from station and there is a big park near it which is very good for taking photos, especially in early morning. さらに表示

Stayed in this wonderful Ryokan for 2 nights during the autumn and the experience was great. Although it is situated outside of the central of Kawaguchiko, the area that it is in is very serene and 2-3 minutes walk away from Yagizaki Park. Maruei comes with public and private baths with direct view of Mount Fuji. I believe they switches the ladies and gentlemen public baths from time to time like many other onsen ryokans, only one of the baths has direct view of Mount Fuji while the private bath is fixed. However, unlike other Ryokans that I'd been, dinners were served in our room. On our first night, they served grilled meat and our room was left with a stench. Also, being it in our room, we didn't find it necessary to change into the Yukata provided. I do not know if this is the same arrangement for bigger travelling party or not. Do take note for couple travellers. Otherwise, the food, services and quality of the ryokan is one of the top in Japan. I'll definitely revisit. さらに表示

Kaiseki ryouri (dinner) was awesome! Definitely a highlight in our trip in Japan. Their food choice was definitely higher than our expectation. The excellent service provided by the hotel was also worth mentioning. Our room onzen was also an awesome experience because the weather outside is so cool (end Oct) that could perfectly match with the onzen. The rooftop observation deck was fantastic! Incredible view of Mt.Fuji! Now we regret for not staying longer here XD HIGHLY RECOMMENDED さらに表示

I love every detail in this Ryokan.. i love how they exploit the magnificent view of the lake oh their coffee house, and their breakfast room. I love the idea of how the dinning room is separate but still have a privacy. A little bit disappointed was only the wifi need to be re-connect every 1 hour. Besides the wifi, all was perfect. さらに表示

I love this hotel. All staffs are very nice and services are efficient! Hotel location is only 10 minutes away from kawaguchiko station and they provide free shuttle pick up everyday to the station. The facility is clean and cute, excellent food service and room service. I enjoyed the lake view from my room and loved every meal here. I definitely recommend to stay here for vacation . Our stay was overall good. All staffs are professional and very polite. We stayed at Japanese style room. The room was neat and clean. However the price for the hotel is a little too much. To be honest we expect a bit more of a five star hotel facility given the price is expensive compared to other hotels in the area. さらに表示

This was one the most lovely experience i've had with my gf in Japan. The Ryokan experience was simply amazing. They have 2 male baths and 2 female baths. These baths rotate only a daily basis, so it depends on your luck if you are only staying a night (Mountain view or Lake view for the Top floor baths; 7 bath types vs 3 bath types for the basement baths). The bath experience is a must have! Breakfast and dinner were covered in the price of the room and both were a massive spread. Service was excellent as well. Room was spacious and very comfortable to sleep (they even set up the futons for you). Only downside would be the location as it is quite a walk (30mins by foot) to the main train station. They do provide shuttle bus although only very limited timings. さらに表示

Hotel was 10mins drive away from Kawaguchiko station. Just have to get the tourist information counter to call hotel for you and they will come and pick you up. Excellent service! Dinner was a set menu in a private room. All items were nice! the rice they serve was special. Opted for rice with vegetables for breakfast instead of white rice. No regret! Will be back again! さらに表示

Recommend to spend for at least one night. So that you will have a chance to try the onsen with panorama view of the lake. (The hotel switches room for ladies and gentlemen each day.) It's incredibly breathtaking view! And go up to the rooftop in the early morning to get a chance to see the fuji mountain if you are lucky enough! Love the dinner extremely! さらに表示

They have very nice japanese rooms with view of Lake Kawaguchi as the hotel faces the lake not Mt. Fuji. However, from the rooftop and outdoor onsen upstairs, you get a great view of Mt. Fuji. The onsen downstairs is large with two onsen pools, sauna, and steam room. さらに表示
