とてもゆっくり過ごせました。お部屋も綺麗で、滞在中は快適に過ごせました。食事も夕朝食付きでしたが、とても美味しかったです。 ホテルの近くにバスもあり、函館駅までのアクセスが便利です。空港からも30分くらいだったかと思います。 氷を頼むと別途で600円かかります。なんだか残念でした。 いつも旅行時泊まるホテルは外資系の5つ星ホテルはフリーで頂けていたので残念に感じてしまったのかと思います。 外資系のホテルと旅館は違うのですね、、、、、 さらに表示

到着はやや遅かったが、スタッフ全員は暖かな雰囲気で迎えてくれました。専属の担当、鈴与の対応は至れり尽くせり。同行の台湾人グループも日本の御もてなしに感心したようです。 夕食は1品づつ出され、目を楽しませながら、おいしい味覚を感じていくゆったりとした食事でした。お風呂は何回も入っていて、本当にリラックスできました。 朝、窓からみる外の風景は、とにかく壮大である。太陽の光が雲の隙間から出て、海上に黄金色。また、朝食の部屋からも雪が積もるビーチから青い海が見え、おいしい朝食を食べながら、気持ちよい一日が始まった。 北海道は初めてですが、この旅館は我々に一生のいい思い出を残してくれました。本当に感謝しています。 さらに表示

夏季休暇に家内と函館旅行に出かけ、日程最後の日を「若松」で過ごしましたが、食事のメニューをはじめ、こちらからの要望を細かく対応していただき、本当の一流旅館であると感じました。海に面した部屋では静かな海のさざ波の音が心地よく、また、夜には漁火が美しく、もっと長く滞在したいと思いました。 さらに表示

Rooms are huge, very friendly staff. The welcome drink and snack is impressive. We are disappointed with the Kaiseiki dinner as the ingredient is below expectation. Breakfasst was also serve in Kaiseiki style, it was ok. The room are sparkling clean which is amazing, view is fantastic! The staff helped us to arrange night tour which cost JPY 1800 per person. I'm not that impressed by the view of Hakodate, but this hotel is the highlight of my trip in this city. It has a large room with view of the ocean and beach. During the winter the beach is covered by snow. It's a traditional Japanese style hotel with beds on tatami. The breakfast and dinner are included and they are certainly delicious! さらに表示

I wish we got to stay another night. The staff are very hospitable and helpful if you need assistance. We were trying to meet friends near by and we couldn't figure out where the location was and they helped us figure where and transportation. They welcome you in with a matcha tea and a house pastry that was really yummy. The food for breakfast and dinner was great if you're not squirmish about trying different cuisines (if you don't eat anything but western dishes i.e. fries, mash potatoes, corn, pot roast etc. eating here is not for you but you can go around to find something). Their room was spacious, comfy, and updated with tech that is useful and enjoyable to use. Would I stay here again? MOST DEFINITELY! さらに表示

Everything about the hotel is about fine details and great emphasis on traditional Japan with modern infusion. Reception was authentic with a reception counter carved out from a large piece of tree trunk. Probably very old with a large crack down 1 side but the polished and woody feature more than made up for it. The waiting area just after registration was a table also made out of a HUGE LONG single piece wood and looked really exquisite. The welcome snack and sencha was really good and authentic Room is huge with a great sea view. We even had seagulls resting on the balcony just beyond the outer window within arms length. Choice of lighting was excellent between warm, normal etc, all selectable via an ipad. The ipad even control the curtain open/close! Room is extremely comfortable even though sleeping on the floor mats. The full tatami floor made breathing very soothing and natural. The spa has an indoor and outdoor so nothing really special here, although the water temp is Breakfast was truly a whole new experience whereby we are served individually by a waiter with traditional Japanese fare. Food was really fresh, tasty and authentic Only sad thing that it is pricey but that should be expected for an authentic and traditional Japanese experience. さらに表示

Our stay at the Kappo Ryokan Wakamatsu was an once in a life time experience. From the moment we walked in, the friendly staff treated us like royalties. They were always courteous and attentive. Our room on the fifth floor had a stunning view of the ocean. There is also a public onsen on the second floor that is open 18 hours each day. Breakfast and dinner were both served privately in our room by Satsuki,the most wonderful hostess! The quality of the food definitely lived up to the Michelin star that it was rated. さらに表示

Surpassed all our expectations - absolutely lovely with warm welcoming staff. Both Kaiseki (breakfast & dinner) was superb. The only problem was the smell from the coffee sink, it was so strong that i had to held my breath every time I tried to get to the bathroom. All in all a very pleasant stay :) さらに表示

The breakfast and dinner prepared by the Chef is by far the best that I had after visiting Japan for the 5th time. The room with ocean view is simply amazing! The onsen is awesome and the hotel is within walking distance to the tram station. Overall, we enjoyed our stay so much that I know I will stay in this hotel if I come back to Hakodate again! さらに表示

Perfect service and excellent dining. The room designs are a modern implementation of the quintessential ryokan experience. The view of the onsen combined with the refreshing sea breeze provides for a perfect way to relax. This is the best hotel in our trip this time, we have lived in 11 hotels in almost 20 day’s. Very very good view of the ocean, the location is near the bs station, the style of the hotel is high level traditional Japanese style, quiet but very considerable. The iPad makes the room high tech, although I didn’t use it a lot. The room is very big comparing the other hotels I’ve been in Japan. The food also good and have its thought in it, cause they don’t provide the set to children, which is I think it’s good, the set is too full even for adult, my 7 years old son really left a lot in other hotels, I ate them all which made me uncomfortable. But I feel very released in this hotel :). I feel sad that we didn’t spend more nights in this hotel, i will definitely book this hotel next time. さらに表示

Spent 1 night here in Feb 18 and both my husband and I were treated like a royal guest. You will find only the best service in this ryokan and the best Japanese food. Truly demonstrated the spirit of Omotenashi. Room with Seaview is spectacular, we were lucky to see a seagull resting at our front balcony in the morning as well. さらに表示

The hotel is nicely decorated and very clean. Most of the staff were very helpful. However, we had an unpleasant experience at the end of our stay. As. the lady of the front desk told us that our request for a medium taxi to the JR station could not be entertained, my daughter got a taxi at the road near the entrance of the hotel by herself. When we arranged to put our baggages on the taxi, the hotel staff stopped us and asked the taxi driver to leave without our consent. While we appreciate not all the hotel staff could speak and understand English, however, the staff was rude to us in this matter. After the taxi went away, we were helpless as we had to catch the train. Finally, we could not get another taxi and were forced to take the bus which was not frequent. This incident had spoilt our mood as well as the good impression on the hotel. さらに表示

Staffs are friendly and helpful. Room are nice too. But the foods is not well prepare by them. When we want to order dinner, alot of stuffs dont have and we want to order breakfast they say sold out (we want to order on the previous day). Cant expect this from a hotel and the hotel is not cheap per day. さらに表示
