ｽﾀｯﾌが若く笑顔がよく活気が感じられた。部屋の防音がしっかりしていたので、安心して泊まれた。加湿器がしっかり作動して部屋の湿度が十分に保たれていた。食事の個室が静かで防音されていて落ち着いて食事を摂れた。内容も吟味されていて新鮮な食材がそろっていた。食事のときにｺｰﾋ-等のｻｰﾋﾞｽがなかったのは残念。折角他人と顔を合わせずに食事が出来てもﾛﾋﾞｰでｺｰﾋを飲めば顔を合わせてしまった。自宅でもｴﾚﾍﾞｰﾀｰを使用しているので、もう少し年齢が上がれば滞在しにくくなることが予想された。蛇口やﾄｲﾚが自動化されていなかったので自宅での日常生活よりかなり不便に感じた。調度品にも主人の趣味やこだわり尾を感じた、この点は宿泊施設での関心事なので楽しく過ごせた。主人の手作り部屋ﾌﾟﾚｰﾄ、ｷｰﾎﾙﾀﾞｰ、ｺｰﾋｰｶｯﾌﾟ、ﾏｲｾﾝ置物、棟方死の版画、内海氏の絵画、磁器など、童謡の本も幼年時代に戻る時間を持てて嬉しかった。 さらに表示

The in-room outdoor onset is wonderful. And the view from the hotel and Japanese dining are also awesome. As long as the traffic is easier (have to take taxi to or from Atami downtown every time), the experience will be even nicer. さらに表示

Our favorite part of our honeymoon!
Lovely staff who were very helpful our whole stay in explaining food, providing things when we needed, and even helping my wife tie her yukata!
Also, several staff members speak English well so we didn't have to struggle with our very limited Japanese.
The rooms were beautiful, especially the biggest feature of the private balcony onsen looking out onto the mountain and the ocean in the distance. My wife has a tattoo so we wanted to make sure we had a private onsen and the experience ended up being exceptional private and relaxing (including the staff are super adaptable with meal times - during their specified hours - and will call you to come down to a private meal area.)
We loved the free minibar in the room, all the fancy amenities and soaps, and the bug repellent incense was great too for the open balcony onsen.
The food was amazing.
The most expensive part of our trip, but so worth it if you can save up for this ryokan! さらに表示

Since we won’t be able to get back to Japan for a couple of years, we decided to splurge a bit and go for a nice Ryokan. We were not disappointed. The place is nice and relaxing. Private indoor onsen is nice, and the meals were perfect. Fanciest dinner we ever had. Will be saving up to come back to this place again. さらに表示

Great customer service and really nice and cozy room. The private is certainly a highlight.
There is no lift therefore I have to walk all the way to the bottom floor which is fine for me as I only have a backpack. For travellers with larger suitcases, you might want to request for a higher level room to avoid all the carrying and walking. さらに表示

Staff were very courteous and helpful from the time they picked us up from Atami station until they dropped us off again at the station. Our room and private was spacious and clean and had a beautiful view of the sea. The entire place was very quiet - perfect for rest and relaxation. Staff did not disturb us unless necessary. It felt like we were the only people there despite the hotel being fully booked. The futons were very comfortable and the yukatas they provided were beautiful. We did not avail of their dinner but we were able to go to a restaurant 10 minutes away via taxi that the hotel booked called for us. Breakfast was different in that it is a traditional japanese meal but it was fun to try out new things and we ended up loving the mackerel they served. Highly recommend this for honeymooners! さらに表示

A big price tag but it bought a great experience in this onsen hotel. The room we stayed at was clean and spacious with a modern design. The private onsen was beautiful and clean. We were able to see sunrise while dipping ourselves in the onsen. It would even be better if the hotel could start warming up the onsen water around the sunrise time.
The staff were very polite and they were trying their best to communicate with us in English.
The dinner and breakfast served were fresh and delicious.

We stayed for one night and had dinner&breakfast. The food was nice and staff were very helpful. Having a private onsen was indeed very convenient and the onsen can be used 24 hours. The ryokan has a good view of Atami city and the sea. Although it's a bit up on the mountain, free pick-up is available in specific time ranges and only takes around 10mins to get to the ryokan from Atami station. We very much enjoyed the place, unfortunately it was such a brief stay, we should have stayed for days =) さらに表示

Excellent service. Very polite and helpful staffs. My room has an open-air bath with Ocean view. Unique experience when onsen in a sunrise. Fine dining with very good service. Located on a small road at a bit uphill. Need a bit of luck to loacate the exact location as I drove there myself. Most staff could communicate in English. さらに表示

We only stayed at the hotel for one night, but as expected - the staff was very considerate and the room nice and clean with the open air bath and the seaside view being the absolute highlight. pick up service is provided at Atami station. Staff were all ready to make us feel comfortable like we are royals. Food was exquisite and delicious! It's omakase style. so it you do not eat certain types of food, best is to let them know during your booking. room was just like what you see in the pictures! The truly remarkable aspect of this hotel is the service. You will truly appreciate Japanese hospitality. The stay was made special by the accompanying dinner and breakfast Japanese style. The service and quality provided by this hotel is the best and no other hotel compares. You are greeted right away by the hotel, given thank you gifts and desserts throughout the stay, and given the ultimate room luxuries such as the private onsen. I’m just blown away at how perfect and luxurious this place is. I know it’s pricey, but it’s worth it. My stay also included a 5 Star breakfast and dinner.
