My husband and I both love the hotel, we stayed 2 nights at the Superior Twin Room (30m2) and it was VERY SPACIOUS comparing to other standard hotels in Japan! Not just the room itself is comfy, we love most about the private onsen on the top floor, apart from the public bath there are 4 separate private hot bath for us to choose from and they’re all self served, free ice tea and free popsicle at the common area. For this price I don’t mind walking a couple more minutes, just 10mins walking distance (max.) from Takayama station. Would definitely come back with my parents next time, highly recommended!!! さらに表示

We very much enjoyed our two nights here. The room was nice and the breakfast buffet had a good selection of Asian and western cuisine. Private outdoor onsens were delightful. We liked that the hotel was walking distance from the bus station and from places we wanted to visit : old town as well as the Higashiyama walking course between Kyushoji and Tenshoji Temples (which I highly recommend!). Room interior, onsen facility, breakfast and hotel service are excellent! The only possible improvement is that luggage delivered to the hotel by Ta-Q-bin was not put into my room before I check-in, which is pretty uncommon for such a modern new hotel. さらに表示

This hotel is an easy walk from the bus/train station and looks fairly new. The room was big and well appointed. The public bath on the roof was very nice although please know/respect the rules before going in. Buffet breakfast was quite good. Easy walk to downtown. さらに表示

Overall is good, lobby and 7th floor provides free-flow green tea and coffee. They very strict on check in and check out time. If want to extend for late check out, surcharge of 1000yen/pax/hour is over prising for us. We arrive earlier to put luggage and went for lunch, there state free luggage locker but actually need to pay 100yen for locker. Just wonder hotel didn’t provide service for guests to put luggage for free? The private onsen is wonderful. Public onsen is spacious too. さらに表示

rooms were reasonable size for a triple sharing. tech savvy even for toilet bowl, impressed. hardness of pillow can be improved and also it's size. they also have private rooms for open top hot bath but on a 1st come 1st serve basis. need a bit of walking to the hotel but easy to find. generally, good hotel with very helpful staffs. will definitely come back again if I visit this wonderful small town. さらに表示

After exit from train station take a right turning and walk 8-10 min to the hotel. Surrounding wise is indeed quiet and you need to walk 10 min to the old town. Room is spacious and breakfast spread is adequate さらに表示

arrived at hotel around 7pm and the staff’s voice was a bit loud (we felt we were scolded but realised later it’s his voice tone to everyone). Staffs are strict forward, check out time was 10am and we were late; staff opened our door without permission and told us its time to check out. I was a bit pissed and she apologised later. overall the hotel has good facilities and service was okay. i guess the tour from Taiwan/China have affected their impressions or their passion to serve, wish they can improve. さらに表示

Best hotel so far in Japan for us. It is brand new, opened a few months ago, has an amazing onsen considered it is a city hotel, great stuff - speaks English very well. They even changed our check in date without any charge after the free cancellation period and upgraded our room, free of charge! Oh, breakfast is great and also free.
