スタッフの態度が高圧的。 床がベタベタしている。 髪の毛の束と埃が絡まったものが落ちていたりする。 宿泊している客のマナーが悪い。 古いので、誰か近くを歩くたびにベッドが揺れる。 二階まで荷物を運ばなくてはならないが、階段が外にあり、階段の幅が狭く大変。 汚いのも気にしない。どんな状況でも寝れる人は大丈夫だと思う。 さらに表示

清潔感があり、簡単な朝食がついていたのはよかった。 イヤだったのは、ベッドに照明がなく、夜なにかするときは部屋全体の照明をつけなければならず、他の人にも迷惑で申し訳なくありえないと思った。agodaの写真ではついていたのに。 部屋情報に書いてあるスリッパもなかった。 Wi-Fiもつながらなかった。私のスマホと相性が悪かったのか、でも今まで泊まった所でこんなことは一度もなかった。 洗面所のハンドソープもなくなっていた。そういうところまできちんとチェックしてほしい。 さらに表示

スタッフの皆さん親切でフレンドリーでした。 トイレやバスルームは2こずつでしたが混雑はなく、清掃もしっかりされており気持ちよく使用できました。 私は利用しませんでしたが、簡単な朝食も付いているようでした。 受付は1階のカフェ？宿泊は2階で入口が違うので、はじめどこでチェックインするか分からず少し困りました。 学園前駅からは歩いて10分ちょっと、少し歩きます。 さらに表示

外階段は急なので大きな荷物を持ってる方には少し大変かと思いますが、 トイレやシャワー、個室寝具もとても清潔で、 とてもオシャレで今まで行ったゲストハウスの中で一番好きです！ 洗濯乾燥機もあり、朝ご飯にパンやコーヒー紅茶も用意してくださり、とてもありがたかったです！ 夜中に外出も出来るし、駅からも遠くないし、ぜひまた伺いたいです！ さらに表示

I enjoyed my stay at Waya, after being welcomed by several friendly staff and shown around the well-kept premises. The bunk style bed compartments add a little extra privacy and sound dampening over an actual bunk bed. The public rooms, kitchen, dining and downstairs lobby, give a lot of space for relaxing and mingling, if you have the time. ゲストハウスという形式のホステルを初めて利用しました。 シャワールームが一室しかないのが欠点といえば欠点ですが、僕の場合はシャワー待ちで困ることも、他の利用者や周囲の音にも一切煩わされることもありませんでした。 気ままな旅にはピッタリだと思います。立地も個人的に都合がよかったですし、また利用します。 さらに表示

Stayed at Guest House Waya Hostel for two nights. It was at the end of a lengthy trip and my sister and I were beat by then. Eve, who was at the reception desk, was super helpful showing us around. Everything was very clean and the room we booked had way more space than some of the other hostels we stayed at in Hokkaido, which was really helpful for re-packing up before flying home. I really appreciate waya to give me the chance to know more about the world,the stuffs here are coming from all of the world and they are so friendly just made me feel at home.If you like chatting with different people,traveling,photography or just want to know more about the beautiful world,I think waya is the best choice. stairs are very small and hard to move big luggage up the stairs. only 1 bathroom & 1 toilet to be shared among at least 5 rooms. room is super small and other than bed and mirror, there's nothing else さらに表示

Very friendly and helpful staff to make our stay comfortable. We just stay for a night to catch early flight next morning so we didn't spend much time in the hostel. Overall we got a good night stay and able to get our new day going. さらに表示

The nearest subway station of Gakuenmae is about 15-20mins walking away. The dormy room is spacious and clean with big bed comes with private blind. WIFI connection is awesome and all the staff are friendly and helpful. I definitely will be back there in near future. さらに表示

This is a very social place to stay, meeting people both travelling in Japan and from other countries. The "Welcome Drink" your receive downstairs at the bar (where it is actually run as a bar at night) gets people together. The beds are quite private for a hostel (8 per room but with curtains on each bed). Showers and bathrooms are few for the amount of people staying, but it simply means you have to wait 15 minutes and is not a big deal. さらに表示
