初めてこんなシステムのところで宿泊したのですが、チェックイン・アウト共にとても楽。水回りは新しく綺麗。スタッフはとても笑顔が素敵でしたし、清掃も行き届いていました。駅にもバス停にも近く、コンビニやスーパーもすぐなので、簡単な料理も出来ます。洗濯機があるのは夏の連泊にはとても嬉しかったです。また機会があれば利用したいです。マイナス点はエレベーターが何の臭いかとても臭かった事、上の階からの音がかなりうるさかった事、宿周辺の案内等がもっと書いてくれたら嬉しいなという事で。 さらに表示

駅近（阪急西院駅から徒歩）で、設備もよく、清潔なお部屋でした。
私が泊まったお部屋には、バスルームが広く、暖房・冷房・乾燥機能・小型テレビなどがついていました。その他にもキッチンや洗濯機などがあり、長期滞在もできそうな感じです。（ケトルは無料で置いてありますが、調理器具は有料で借りれるようです）
無料アメニティは歯ブラシのみなので、ヘアブラシなどは自分で持って行く必要がありますが。
チェックイン時や機械の使い方がわからないときも、スタッフさんに親切にご対応いただきました。
ひとつだけあったらいいなと思ったのが、ハンドソープです。ウェットティッシュで代用しましたが、
あると便利だと思います。
寝室も適度な広さで、快適に過ごす事ができました。

New - one year old - appartement near Saiin Station. Lots of 7-11, Lawson, ... around. Kitchen and bathroom are perfect. Nice bedroom with little table and chairs. Small but big in fact for Japan. Would go back! :D P.S. Nice helpful staff さらに表示

Pros: small apartment, good size for japan almost fully equipped (fee for cooking ustensils), clean and convenient bathroom. Pc in the room and tv.
Cons: bed mattress is average. Check in and out hours are a bit too restrictive.

There is a really good place to eat right across the street. Non JR lines are not close but other lines are.
People at the desk are helpful. Rooms are clean and it has a washlet toilet. Beds are comfortable.There is a washing machine and if you need a dryer there is a laundry 2 short block away.A place to eat is next door.
We put the clothes in the drier and had dinner. VERY QUIET! also you can open the door ,it has a screen on it for fresh air. Wi fii is good-no problems. We will stay here again when we come to Kyoto.Love it! さらに表示

It is convenient to travel from Osaka to Saiin West Ave Hotel using Hankyu-Kyoto line (don’t have to go thr Kyoto station). The railway station & bus stops are just 5 mins walk from the hotel. Easy to travel around Kyoto & attractions by bus; 1 day bus pass (600Yen) can be purchased from bus captain when exiting the front door. Can easily find food places nearby any time of the day. There is also a supermarket & Daiso nearby. Room size is reasonable (for 4 people) with kitchen (but have to rent the utensils from counter paying a one-time fee of 500 Yen), fridge microwave, washing machine. You can use bathroom’s drying function to dry clothes which is great. Bed is comfortable, room is clean & wifi is quite strong. Staff is friendly.; We arrived late around 10 pm & self check in is easy. Will stay here again. さらに表示

if u wanna go Arashiyama but staying closer to Kyoto. It’s just 15 mins driving from hotel to Arashiyama. We parked our car in the nearby slot, 400 yen from 8pm to 8am.

The reception lady was super nice and kindly introduced the most attractive places to visit in Kyoto. The routes to the most famous places were also indicated right around the reception. The room is clean, and the provision of a washing machine is indeed sweet. Everything perfect! さらに表示

Very spacious apartment.Has a small kitchen,oven,fridge,washing machine,dining table and two queen size beds.Bathroom is warm and big.There is a small tv mounted on the wall just right in front of the bathtub.Nice to watch TV while socking in the bathtub.Location is ok.5mins to Saiin station(No lift at this station!),3mins to bus stop.Need 20 to 30mins to go anywhere by bus.Only disadvantage is the reception time is only 9am to 3pm.There is no room service.You need to get the extra toilet paper or other things from the reception.Meaning you have to go out after 9am so that you can tell the receptionist.If you want to store your luggage after check out you can only store for 6hrs during the reception time which is really too short.For ppl who come late(after 11pm) at the guesthouse,you can inform the guesthouse and call them using the desk phone to ask for the number and password of the safe.The guesthouse do not reply email often and seems always use standard answer.I asked several time about late check in(their website said chk in up to 10pm) but they never answered me.Anyway is self check in so no problem even reception has closed. さらに表示

Located a 5 minute walk from both subway and tram stations. Multiple dining options in the area. Daiso nearby as well. Room is basic but has good amenities like a washer and kitchenette. Sleeping area contained the TV and dining table, while the rest were in the entrance hall separated by a door. The room had beds to comfortably sleep 4. Room 201. Additional lodging tax of 200 yen per person per night is payable separately. Kitchenware, including china, is a separate 500 yen. There's a Life supermarket about a 10 minute walk away.
