オフシーズンを利用して家族4名でスイートに泊まりました。最上階なので4m以上の天井高さのリビングと寝室は快適で，国内ホテルでは初めての経験でした。最新マッサージ機，ワイングラス，食器，調理鍋が付属され，長期ステイの方も安心かと思います。外国人のスタッフの方のおもてなしが素晴らしく，少しだけたどたどしい丁寧な日本語は大変好感を感じました。大手チェーンホテルよりも快適に過ごせると思います。 I recommend this Hotel so much. I stayed at suite room and the living room is roomy with high ceiling and high quality furniture. The amenity prepared with wine grasses, meal dishes, kitchen tools and also microwave. There was a parking space which was within a 2-min walk to the hotel. The hotel was about 10-min away from the city centre by driving. The room was so spacious and the beds were very comfortable. There was free laundrette (2 washing machines and 2 drying machines) on the ground floor and the detergent would automatically pump in, but be careful of the long queue. The staff were nice. We tried the buffet breakfast which costed around 1045 yen per person and it was nice although the buffet line is not large enough. Highly recommended! さらに表示

Consider small hotel but with good surrounding environment. I love the view from my room, can enjoy moment of peaceful when having a coffee tea. Good space in room also. Friendly staff with free laundry and hot spring bath. Hope can spend more days here さらに表示

We had an exceptional stay at Hitohana. It was the almost perfect ending to our holiday in Hokkaido except for a small incident. We stated that cleaning is not required, and left the instruction on the door as well. While we were out, the cleaner came in and removed our bedsheets, pillowcases and towels, and left the quilt on the sofa, and our bed unmade. The strange thing is, the cleaner left my kids' pajamas and toys on the bed, at the exact position where we left them! The hotel staff were nice enough to offer another room to us. I requested for an official explanation but I have not heard from the hotel yet. It was almost perfect. Nonetheless, I would stay at Hitohana again if I were to return to Furano in future. さらに表示

Peaceful and calm hotel located near Kitanomine Ski area and Asobiya. Very helpful and excellent service mind staff. The rooms are very clean, comfortable bed. Delicious breakfast. Onsen is not crowded. (Actually, around 11 PM, there is only me in the Onsen room.) The hotel also provide shuttle bus for free between Furano ski area, Kitanomine ski area and Furano station. さらに表示

Design of the hotel rooms is very stylish which you would not expect judging from the outlook of the hotel. I appreciate it a lot and enjoy living in such a classy and yet comfortable room. Do not miss the breakfast which costs only 1,000 yen. There are not plentiful of food like other branded hotels but, trust me, you will find it just right for a breakfast and value for money. Dinner is also good. Our original plan was to buy some meat and cook it in our hotel room. But after having dinner in the hotel restaurant for the first night, we just did not bother to do so and had dinner again in the hotel the second night. The hotel provides 2 washing machine with dryers free of charge to customers. It was really a big bonus to us who had been travelling in other parts of Hokkaido for the past 5 days. If I have to name one area that the hotel should improve, I would say to increase the no. of key to 2 as it would be more convenient to customers. さらに表示

This is the best hotel in Furano. We had stayed many hotels in Furano, this is one of the best we had stayed with. Recommended to those with young kids. The hotel is consider spacious and great location. Parking is quite far up the mountain. Hotel staffs provide great service and the breakfast is wonderful. My kid love it! Hotel is walking distance to the ski resort and 7-11. Provides shuttle buses and hotel staff were accommodating to our requests to use the shuttle bus outside of scheduled times. Clean and nice rooms with good amenities. Highly recommended. さらに表示

This was a very nice place to stay, at a reasonable price. Room was fantastic, with kitchenette (microwave, stove top, sink, refrigerator, plates, knives forks & spoons, and cooking pots & pans), nice shower room, seperate toilet, & comfortable area for personal hygiene or makeup. Room safe, TV (I could cast to it from my phone, but most default channels were japanese), table & chairs, a recliner lounging chair. For all guests there was a free wifi, free washer dryer, & a nice Japanese style public bath (nice and hot). There was a scheduled shuttle bus to the ski slopes during the day, and a few shuttle runs in the evening to the center of Furano (railway station). There was a lounge near reception, where most late afternoons or evenings there was some activity (I didn't use much, except for one night doing sake tasting), and a restaurant, which I used only once given a range of restaurants available nearby. Ski locker was good. Hard pillow, but I never asked for a soft one. さらに表示

We enjoyed staying here. Perfect location for the mountain and snowboarding, free shuttle bus to town is a great addition as well. The place is brand new, very very clean and staff are very attentive. My only suggestion to the hotel would be to offer an eco option to give guests the option to not have new towels everyday. The hotel location is not convenient unless you are driving there. The free shuttle bus is available to Furano JR station in the afternoon only, because it's arranged to ski resort in the morning. Therefore, we had to take a taxi everyday. The breakfast was OK, but can be better. The room is very clean and new because it's opened in Dec., 2018. Overall, I will recommend it to visitors who are driving only. If there is a shuttle bus to the station in the morning, it'll be better. さらに表示
