正直、入った時はギョッとしました。まるでアジアの安宿のよう。 窓のない部屋に(部屋によってはあります)ベニヤ板に布団を乗せたような二段ベッド。台所、お風呂は共同でありますが、清潔感は？？？ でも二泊目になると、アジアの安宿のような居心地の良さを感じ始め、コーヒーを入れたり、冷蔵庫に食品をストックしてみたり、生活感を楽しみ始めました。 泊まっていたのは自分以外に、おそらく中国人の男女、おそらく韓国人の男性でした。 一般的な日本人には少し厳しいかも知れませんが、ホテルに飽きた方にはよいかもしれません。 さらに表示

The place it's very nice, just 4 rooms, 2 washrooms and a small kitchen. Very spacious rooms, windows and ventilation! Very comfortable and simple! I was feeling like home. Located in a beautiful and quiet area close to one of thd most important train and bus stations,Shinjuku. Actually I was walking from the place to the station and I was no more than 10 minutes. There are some restaurants and a family mart very close... And more option if you walk to Yoyogi station, maybe 5 minutes. The bad thing about the place is that they never unswer to my emails, texts through agoda or phone calls. I found the area were the place is, but it's really difficult to find the guest house. It's hidden, I was walking around during more than 20 minutes and couldn't find it. I ask some of the neighbors but they didn't know it. Thank God I asked a couple of gentlemen and theh help look for it, one of them called to the number I they gave me. Nobody answered. At the end we found it. It's a very tricky place. I will say nice place , not easy to locate and no response to your answers ... Which is not nice. さらに表示

At first is very hard to find.... But after all .... I like this guesthouse very near to the JR line station and I find it so easy to go what ever place you want. You can used the kitchen and your free to cook but be sure you clean it after.. Thanks! さらに表示

We payed almost 80 cad as everything else was booked around shibuya. to get to the actual place we had to walk and get lost for 30 minutes through maze like streets to finally find the place hidden in what looked like a back alley. when we entered were greeted by noone, no desk nothing was there just a paper with rules of areas we could not use. we arrived to our room and there was a girl in our room. she asked if we were staying in there we said yes so she left...weird. the room was small with one bunkbed, the walls were dirty! like people had killed numerous insects throughout the years and noone had cleaned. the bedshets and comforter were old minniemouse not white so godknows what stains they had in them we were so grossed out we slept in our clothes and still I woke up with bedbug bites. the communal washroom and shower were in a little room. just one for everyone. it was always wet even the toilet seat and the bathtub was filthy! On arrival we spent 1 hour trying to find this apartment wth the help of local people who also struggled. When you find the apartment it does not say XY APARTMENT And you have to call a number to get the code. Again we struggled with this as our mobile phones did not work in Japan. Apart from this the location is great and rooms good value for money. I would stay here again if I return to Tokyo. さらに表示

The rooms were very clean, bright and full of nice amenities including a clothes rack, hair dryer, TV, A/C, bathroom supplies, local maps and guidebooks, etc. The bed was too hard for my mom as a metal bar on the bed was causing her back pain. She ended up moving the mattress to the floor. Despite this, we would highly recommend it for the clean, well maintained and good design of the location. さらに表示

Price: Still affordable but definitely not worth for the money Location: Just behind Minami Shinjuku Station, and few min walk to Yoyogi Station. Convenient but pretty hard to find at the beginning. Cleanliness: Nope, need LOTS of improvement! Staff: The owner, Jenny, very quick to respond to our quest and really helpful at all time. Facilities: Pretty narrow inside the house, not convenient for big size body (I'm small in body size), room pretty small and bed not that good as our bunk bed sunk due to previous tenant overweight (?), mattress wasn't thick enough so you might have back pain after sleep. Only one bathroom available at the moment and kitchen wasn't as clean as you see in picture. A bit smelly inside the room, not sure it was due to previous tenant or it was like that originally. Overall: Suit for solo, not group. Note: The bed was fixed on the same day we requested, but still sunk in the middle part. さらに表示

The house is near Yoyogi station which gives convenient access to JR Yamanote and Oedo lines. The direction is horrible. It's deep in a small alley next to the railroad which normally noone would expect a house. There is no front light to see it. The side entrance is tiny to go through and smelly because of garbage. The kitchen is dirty full of stuffs from god knows when. The beds are clean and smell nice but the floor is dirty given only provided sandals are allowed inside the house. The toilet is OK. Probably the worst experience of my trip for sure. The cleaning lady was nice but that's all the staffs you are going to meet, maybe. She was on the way out and we just happened to catch her. さらに表示

すごく良い
We requested to check in early and there was no extra charge 👍🏻 . Very clean except for the kitchen . Just beside the train railway but not to worry , it wont affect yr stay at all . There is washing machine . The con was that our heater was not functioning on the first day and since we were there during winter , it was so cold that i thought i would freeze to death -_- さらに表示

easy access to almost everywhere I wanna go. I thought the nearest station is yoyogi, but I found another station call 'Minami Shinjuku' station is more closer. the room was a little bit small but fine for me, AC worked well.. Highly recomend this place to whom on a tight budget. さらに表示

The location is perfect! you can use 2 stations. Minami Shinjuku station and Yoyogi station. Pretty much easy to access to everywhere you wanna go.The room facility is basic but almost has everything you need. One thing you need to pay attention is this is a self catering house,you will receive an email from them before checking in date.they will tell you how to do self check in. さらに表示
