着いてから出迎えてくれた方は日本人で丁寧で旅館の人らしかったのですが、その他の従業員の方ほとんど外国の方でした 他のお客さんも外国の方が多かった様に思えます 部屋に入ってパッと見は綺麗ですが色々と手入れされていない感じ 窓の景色は湖の夜景がとても綺麗で良かったのですが、窓を開けたら蜘蛛が10匹以上蜘蛛の巣だらけびっくりしてすぐ閉め切りました残念すぎます 旅館での夕食だったので期待していたのですが修学旅行の食事？より美味しくなかったです。今まで旅館に泊まって1人2万払ってあの内容と味の食事はなかっただけに もう行くことはないです 時期的な事で2万なのかもですが 素泊まりにしとけば良かったです それか朝食だけ…朝食は普通でした あ、お風呂の露天風呂にも蜘蛛が結構いました さらに表示

We stayed there for 5 nights and the last night, they upgraded us to another of their chain hotel along the lake side. The view of Mt Fuji was spectacular. Unfortunately, the cherry has has not blossomed during the period of our stay. さらに表示

Hotel prices in Japan are pretty steep, Ryokans are even more expensive. Overall nothing remarkable about this Ryokan. Pretty old tired interior, minimalist design. Checkout 10am and check-in 4pm, to make sure you can't enjoy this hotel most of the day. The onsen on the top floor was empty and has natural spring water, but again lacks in luxury or design. The staff is friendly and speaks only Japanese. The food was very good and the setting is traditional Japanese. さらに表示

we stay 7pax using 1room included breakfast and dinner , food is very great taste and staff at restaurant very nice, location near family mart , if you arrive kawaguchiko station just go to tourism counter , they will help you call Yamagishi Ryokan to arrange free shuttle bus from Yamagishi. will stay again next trip. さらに表示

Lake view room is only a few. Agoda website did not list room view. We booked a room behind the hill, add 2000 per person to change to lake view. My 23 months child need to pay for extra as well 2160. Hotel location is just right at the town center and family mart is just next to the hotel. Hotel staffs are excellent especially the japanese reception and uncle driver. But Hotel location is not facing Mount Fuji but reflection from the lake. Do check website for weather if you are going for Mount Fuji view. さらに表示

すごく良い
Clean and very traditional ryokan right on Lake Kawaguchiko. Great location at the base of Mount Fuji. Staff transport picked us up from train station (information desk at train station called for us) and staff drove us to station the next day free of charge. Close to Lawson convenience store and some restaurants. Get to restaurants early as they get busy. Bus stop just a few meters away for sightseeing bus. We went in cherry blossom season so was spectacular. Nice onsen and shower facilities. Room is a bit small once futons are made but still ok by Japanese standards. Breakfast was very traditional and as Australians had no idea what we were eating or how to eat it and no one spoke English but was nice and well prepared. Pros: clean comfortable room and location. Pick up and drop off to station. Cons : staff have very limited English and patrons who are westerners need to be accustomed to very traditional rooms and food. No coffee or tea in rooms. Next to Lawson Mart (24hr convenience store) opposite to Kawaguchiko Lake, 300m away for Cable to Mt Kachi Kachi. Note: 24hr convenience store is the best after 5pm within Kawaguchiko town. Rated 4 star for facilities.. It is a Onsen theme motel, there's no more other valuable facilities. Also we were there in mid of May, there's no wind in the night and we have to extra request standing fan to keep the room ventilated. さらに表示

Overnight stay included dinner and breakfast. Beautiful traditional style rooms with tatami mats and futon mattresses. Onsen on rooftop was very good and clean. Food was amazing. Service extremely helpful. さらに表示

Good location overlooking the lake. Lawson's convenience store right next door. Room was good size. Staff very accommodating. Helped park our car after checkin. Some english spoken. Enough to communicate. Onsen has 1 pool inside and 2 furo wooden baths outside. さらに表示

superior view of the lake and good location for both bus,JR station (<10 min), cable car station, lake sightseeing boat and convenience store. Meals are very nice but is not hot enough if you choose the last section. I suggest travelers to choose the earliest time slot. Moreover, the hot spring are only satisfactory for this range of price. Last but the most vital point, a late night walk along the lake is highly recommended, (p.s. around 12 midnight) silent environment with a lot of stars! さらに表示

Great hotel location with Kawaguchiko lake view, there is Lawson shop next to the hotel, really nice. The food also superb! Here you can enjoy Onsen with the lake view both inside and outside. The room is clean and good condition with all facilities needed. I will go back again for sure. さらに表示

This ryokan is located right on Kawaguchiko lakeside, next to the cable car station. It's surrounded by many restaurants and souvenir shops, and next door to Lawson's. Shuttle service to and from the train station is convenient, although if you get the local 2-day sight-seeing bus pass, one of the stop is right in front of the hotel. Very helpful to introduce me to one of the restaurant famous with the locals. Breakfast is Japanese good and dinner is fair for 3,500yen. さらに表示

Staff were helpful and the Keisei dinner was really good. After a wonderful day of going around the places of interests, it was so nice to have a nice meal with different courses of local flavours waiting for you. The ryokan is located near the red omni bus stop and it makes moving around the various places of interest so convenient. さらに表示
