A traditional Japanese hotel. Easy to reach by car with a big carpark. Cannot see Mt. Fuji in the room, but can see it clearly on the deck on 3/F. Staff don’t really speak English but they are extremely helpful and friendly. Although the hotel is a bit old, it is nicely maintained and both the room and the onsen are comfortable. Did not see any foreigners except us. Do not expect too much for the meals. さらに表示

A friendly staff who approaching us by using the translator device as he cannot speak well in English. Must give credit to the staff's initiative and hospitality. Foods are great and got onsen facilities for free. You can see the Fuji Mountain at their 3rd floor viewing area if the sky is clear. さらに表示

I came to Yamanakako to enjoy the lake in Dec 2017. Yamanakako Shuzanso got it right from the first meeting. Appreciate a lot the effort to communicate in English! Dinner and Breakfast were sumptuous and delicious. The meals are must have. There is an onsen with a view of mount fuji too. The location is a little remote. There are hotel pick ups, but would be good if you have a car. I managed to catch the Diamond Fuji! That was an added bonus to the stay. さらに表示

The hotel is far from mt. Fuji. You should take the bus to one station and hotel car will pike you up. They have free shuttle to one bus station. But threre are also public bus pass by. We can not walk belong the lake. Hotel provide Japanese style dinner and breakfast . The room is traditional and big and very clean. Their English is limited for communication but very kind to meet your demand. The Japanese onsen is good with sauna. さらに表示

我們在這飯店連住2晚。因是颱風天到達，又還没到接駁車的時間，於是先在山中湖邊用中餐，但用餐完畢後，撑傘拖著行李走到公車站後，發現周遊bus還要1小時才會到，又没地方躲雨，於是走了3站才到旭日丘，再請人幫忙聯絡飯店來接駁。check in 時告知鞋子都濕了，便問說可不可以拿回房間烘乾，沒想到飯店竟然願意幫我們把鞋子烘乾，隔天一早6點竟然穿到熱烘烘的鞋，若是我們自行用吹風機吹一定沒辦法吹到全乾的。我們不知道他們用什麼方法做到的，穿上鞋的那一刻腳暖心也暖，非常的感恩。 第二天傍晚又錯過了最後一班4:39的公車，請旭日丘車站售票員幫我們打電話請飯店來接，司機人很好，雖然我們不會日語，但司機還用goole 翻譯跟我們聊天，還主動載我們到平野停一下，幫我們照相。非常貼心。 我們留下非常美好的回憶。感恩所有的服務人員，祝大家快樂幸福。 さらに表示
