母の還暦祝いで、親子４世代で初めて宿泊しました。当日はあいにくの雨でしたが、祖母に車椅子を貸して頂き湯の坪街道へ。旅館へ戻ると靴の乾燥機の貸出もあり大変助かりました！夕食時には、赤いちゃんちゃんこ、花束、盃もサービスして頂き、大変嬉しかったです♡ 夕食、朝食共に本当に美味しいです！またスタッフ皆さんがとても親切な対応で、教育が行き届いてるんだなと母達も感心してました！ とにかく本当に本当に良い思い出が出来ました！また来年も利用します‼︎ありがとうございました☆ さらに表示

Rooms are clean and roomy. We booked dinner(beef and chicken sukiyaki) in the hotel and taste very good. Public bath is a bit small but clean. Private bath is nice, better to reserve via e-mail before arrive hotel which is very popular. Staffs are helpful and friendly. They gave us instant hand warmers when we were going out in the cold weather. We stayed at second floor with a microwave outside the room which is really useful. Relaxing stay at the ryokan with my husband. The environment is quiet and clean and the staff are very helpful and friendly. We booked breakfast for our 2 nights stay there. The breakfast is simple but delicious and filling for us. It would be better if there is a simple map on its website directing tourists on how to get to the ryokan from Yufuin Station. さらに表示

Cozy interior and room. Surprisingly spacious! Obtained map and directions from information at Yufuin station. Once passed second bridge, a right turn and google map will help you locate actual location. Ladies gifts and choice of yukata! Extremely helpful staff! Wonderful private onsen experience - advance booking recommended. 2 bookings of 50 minutes on check in and check out dates. Outdoor and indoor onsen. Simply beautiful outdoor setting! Thoughtful microwave for use. Travelled in December. Short walk to Kinrin Lake and Floral village. heat pads given when going outdoors! Can book private sessions of open air onsens at night and morning, which are of great design and quality. Staff are helpful and friendly, and the facilities are designed for large families and groups, so rooms and halls are very spacious. Staff can speak English. They are friendly to introduce the hotel facilities and they will answer all your question patiently. Yukata was provided freely and female can choose their favourite colour. Onsen is perfect. My husband and I were able to enjoy the private Onsen at night and also at the morning before we departed. After Onsen, massage machines are available for use complimentary. Staffs were friendly to help us call a taxi with a big smile. Room is clean and big enough for two persons with two suitcases. Breakfast was fantastic and tasty, and it was prepared once you arrived the restaurant , things were served immediately. All in all, will visit again if have chance and will recommend people to stay here. さらに表示

The private onsen is great. The hotel location is the middle of Yufuin walking street and very close to Kirin lake. Staffs are great esp. The hotel environment is very nice and well decorated. Breakfast was great. I stayed in a Japanese style room, in which it will be great if the window could be wider, so that we can enjoy a full view of Yufuin. さらに表示

the location is in a remote area, in the middle of the local community, but a walking distance to the station, shopping street and the lake. It is very private, being away from all other tourists is what we loved it. The room is quite large and comfortable. Private hot spring is also nice, you get two free ones per night. さらに表示

Overall was a perfect stay. Staff can speak English very well and have a great service mind. I got family room which is very big, 2 beds and large area of tatami floor which you can also sleep there. This room also support oldie and disabled person as well. Hotel location is very near to the lake with 5 min wait to lake. However, it's a bit far from train station which is around 15-25 min walk. It's near the main walking street so it's very convenience to find something to do and eat. There are 3 open-air private onsen which you can book 1 hour each day (1 hour on check-in day and 1 hour on check-out day is also possible). These onsen was very nice and clean. I didn't try internal onsen so not able to comment on that. Breakfast is very nice. The set menu is great. I like the unlimited rice with fresh egg and seaweed. I didn't book the dinner so I'm not be able to comment on that. さらに表示

We loved this place. The customer service was excellent, the rooms comfortable, the baths (both private and public) great. We did not eat in the restaurant, but the breakfasts (which were included) we great. We loved the massage chairs, too. We would stay there again . . . . さらに表示
