アネックスでの宿泊の場合でも本館のお風呂が利用できます。 地下を通っていくので、天候を気にせず利用できるのはありがたかったです。 お部屋には冷たいお水があって、湯上りにほっとすることができました。 さらに表示

I had a wonderful time at this hotel. I only stayed one night but I enjoyed their FABULOUS onsen at the main building across the street which was included in the price of my room. The onsen seemed to have a the charm of a 1920s Japan with a sublime outdoor onsen that was one of my favorite of my whole trip! さらに表示

We stayed one night here and enjoyed two very delicious and fine meals (dinner and breakfast). The outdoor onsens are of traditional JP style and good place for relaxing. The staffs are very nice and helpful too. Highly recommended! さらに表示

The staff was nice, informative, and accommodating. The hotel is old but clean. Remember that you are paying for the authentic Japanese Hot spring resort experience rather than a fancy room. Don't miss the outdoor hot spring and the traditional Japanese dinner! The 4-5 courses dinner was pricy but worth it, we even got a private room! We took out parents there and they enjoyed every moment. Thank you for making our family trip memorable! Ps. We used the payphone at Nagano station to call the hotel and let them know whic train we are taking so they could come and pick us up. さらに表示

Just 1 building accross the main hotel & it's a lot cheaper while at the same time shares the onsen & rotenburo. 5-7 minutes walk away from the station. When I checked out, they send my luggage to cafe in front of the station that makes it really2 convenient. さらに表示

the hundred years old osen is unique. pick-up service was offered when I visited there in Dec. There is also free shuttle bus service to and from the Snow Monkey Park. If you choose not to return by taking their shuttle bus, they can still have your luggage sent to a cafe nearby the train station. Ryokan was easy to get to from JR station. Annex and main hotel facilities are connected. Can tell the good age on the hotel. We stayed at the annex in a traditional room. Although well maintained, could use a renovation as some facilities are quite aged ie sliding walls that get stuck in the rooms. Comfy futons. The hot springs were great, especially the outdoor "momo" one! Dinner great but don't get private room like offered at some ryokan. Breakfast fantastic buffet style :D さらに表示

The hotels have 2 onsens both with indoor and outdoor baths that are shared between the Annex and the Main hotel guests. Both onsens are big and good, one is historical and the other is comparatively modern. The breakfast provided has both choices of Japanese and Western style food. All are tasty. The staff are friendly and helpful and can communicate in English. They will explain what you are going to eat for every course in the dinner. Dinner is also tasty and has a lot of courses and are also tasty. If you wish to go to the Monkey Park or to the train station after checking out, just tell them in advance the time and they will arrange a shuttle to take you there. If I would ever go back to Yudanaka, I would definitely choose Hotel Yorozuya Annex again. さらに表示

The place is within walking distance from the train station; though the building and rooms are a tat old, it was maintained. Onsen was great with indoor and outdoor and bubble pool; Breakfast was great too; Manager also sent us to the train station upon check-out and assisted to place our luggages with one of their partner cafe near train station, at no charge. さらに表示

Our staying at Yorozuya Annex Yurakuan for one night was worth after visit the Jigokudani Snow Monkey Park nearby (need to take transport go up there). Spend more time at both indoor & outdoor hot spring after walk around small town was great. Staffs give a big smile and tried their best as their English are not good. The rooms are quite simple, but the Momoyo bath, dinner and the hospitality were wonderful! They were kind enough to pick us up at the train station and drop us off again! This was important, especially with two small kids! We would go back again! さらに表示

Location is good. 5 mins walk from Yudanaka station. A lot of delicious restaurants near by. They even prepare the information sheet about which nearby restaurants that you can visit during the day. Neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. You can walk around and enjoy the peacefulness of the town. Staff very friendly and helpful, they will try their best to answer your questions. Room condition is nice, and cozy. Me and my partner like the Japanese Style room. We like the onsen as well. The facilities and toiletries are all provided there (exclude the bath towel, you need to bring your own to the onsen, but it's available at your room). The onsen environment is very good either indoor or outdoor. They provide 1 free shuttle to Snow Monkey park every morning 9am. Tour duration is 2 hours. However you should ask for time confirmation from the reservation counter. Overall we are enjoy it. さらに表示

Pick up from station is non-existence as hotel doesn’t respond to calls Nor emails (reply came in to acknowledge in the evening long after we’ve already checked in???). Place is dated and not very well maintained. Have stayed in much better onsen stays... さらに表示
