非常に満足
The apartment is just beside a main road, but the soundproofing was good and we had a very good rest. It is fully equipped and Room is cozy. We were able to access to our room using the codes sent to out email. But receiving the email 1 day before our stay was quite stressful as we'll be concerned if our booking is secured. There is no lamppost along the small road leading to the apartment, therefore we took some time to locate the apartment. Parking is available and plenty available during our stay. さらに表示

As stated from the hotel's message: Please upload your passport and face picture... If you can not get it by the check-in date, you cannot stay at the hotel", I fully understand that it's the hotel's responsibility to require foreign customers like us to upload copies of passports and photos to its URL, and I'm more than willing to do so. However, after trying for days, I found out that the hotel is maintaining its website; therefore, the copies were unable to be uploaded. Afterwards, I sent the requested copies to its email TWICE as instructed but heard nothing from them; not even the confirmation of receiving my email!!!. 2 days before leaving, I wrote to the Okinawa Story Japan for help. The hotel sent me the passwords for entering the hotel and our room immediately. I've stayed at many hotels, and have never encountered such ridiculous and irresponsible one.
