スタッフのお心遣いが素晴らしい！ベッドを足らないところ、空き部屋を利用させていただきました。ありがとうございました。あいにくの雨で、露天風呂は風雨が強くて入れませんでしたが、外湯、内湯には入浴できました。家族利用の際、スタッフが外で見守ってくださいました。金鱗湖や湯の坪通りに近いし、コンビニも近くて由布院を歩くにはとてもいい立地です。 さらに表示

温泉がよかったです。 近くに食事できることがなくて 残念でした。 案内の地図などがあれば助かります。 珈琲などのサービスもあり コンビニで買い物して 朝食いたどきました。 ロビーもいい感じでした。 金鱗湖散策が近いし、お土産も早くから 店舗営業していて朝の散歩が 楽しかったです。 また、泊まりたいですね。 さらに表示

良かった所は、金鱗湖にも近いしコンビニモード近くでとても便利な場所に位置していたところが良かった！ 悪かった所は、お風呂が少し狭いのとできれば浴衣かガウンがあればと思った所かなぁ！ あと、他の宿泊の家族連れの子供が夜中2時ぐらいまで騒いでいて寝れなかった事！ さらに表示

子供が２歳なのでやっぱり和室が最高です。露天風呂付きにしましたが、とても良かったです。朝食は金鱗湖ちかくの美術館併設のカフェに行きましたが、どこにいくにも良い立地です。 さらに表示

There is a Lawson nearby so need to travel far for necessities. This is located at the end of the Yufuin Famous shopping street. We came with big luggage, so we kind of have to go through all the shopping street, food and attraction before we reach to the stay. The shower room for our room is a shared bath on the Ground Floor (onsen). We loved it actually. Spacious and nice warm water. On the ground floor, there are also tea and coffee and common dining tables to be used. We left early morning the nxt day but overall our stay is great. Bed was comfortable, space was quite limited but for a night, it was nothing to complain. We had 5 adults, so, 2 double bed and 1 sofa bed. We saw plenty other stays around the area too... This is quite near the Lake but of course there are other stay right beside the Lake.. さらに表示

The hotel is quite near Kinrinko lake, but please noted that the name is different on Aogda and Google map, you must search it with the detailed address, instead of the name. At the last moment before checkin, we find the price was decreased for another room with better conditions, so we asked for a free update of the room. The loft room is large and new decorated. There is an indoor hotspring for female and outdoor hotspring for male, but it is a bit cold inside. The staff is quite friendly and willing to help. They just provide water (iced and hot), tea bags and dripped coffee bags, unlike soft drinks in other hotels. さらに表示

This hotel maybe the best choice to travelers have plan to visit Beppu and Yufuin because it takes only 3 minutes to reach the bus stop. There are 2 buses to Beppu not only express also circulation. I recommend you visit the Kigima kogen park which has many interesting attractions and wonderful views of Kigima kogen. さらに表示

The room is clean and big enough. There is no bath/shower room but toilet only in the room. You need to take shower in onsen on ground floor. The location is good which next to the lake. It should have breakfast provided given the room rate. Hwr, overall the hotel in Yufuin is pricy. The lady who help us to check in has no smile at all. She should make the guests more welcome. I would stay in Oita given only 40 mins drive as you can get better accommodation there. さらに表示

The cool weather (early Dec), the onsen (but too hot for me). Near the Floral Village. Regret nearby shops & eateries closed very early around 6pm ! Recommend to stay at least 2 nights at Yufuin. さらに表示

Within walking distance to the lake and tourist spots. Very nice view around the lake in early morning. Spa pool is small but relaxing. Many restaurants nearby but breakfast is a problem. Free parking space is limited. No guarantee for any space if you take your car out. Many paid parking lot around the guesthouse though. Suggest to have clear direction signs outside guesthouse. さらに表示

Walk 5 mins to the Lake from inn and u can see the sunset and sunrise at lake. However, it takes 15-20 mins to Yufuin station on foot. Public bath areas and osen is available after shower....very nice and highly recommended. Booked single room and I’m surprised the staff arranged twin room to me...private toilet in the room. But no food or restaurant at inn and u can Walk 1-2mins to Lawson store on 2/F at rear door from inn. さらに表示

Good 1. nearby to all attractions. 2. Just next to Lawson therefore no issue for supper if hungry. 3. Plus point: comfortable and spacious bed. Bad 1. It would be great if the check out time is later say 12 noon instead of 10am. 2. No bath facilities inside the room. but no big deal as we can book the public/private bath located at the reception area. 3. We were late to check out and the staff came to knock our door a few times despite our acknowledgement. We feel like being kicked out rather than they reminding us to check out. Especially the host was standing beside the door unhappily waiting for us to leave the room, and he snapped a picture of the room the moment we stepped out from there without informing us.
