非常に素晴らしい温泉旅館だと思います。従業員が優しくて、インテリアもすごく上品で、部屋数もそんな多くないので、とても静かな場所です。料理の味も美味しい。今度はバス付けなしの部屋を選びましたが、使い切り家族用露天風呂があったので、すごくいいです。今度はまたはなの舞を選びたいですね。 さらに表示

本当に素晴らしいお宿でした・・・！ なんと言ってもお料理が本当に美味しい。お味は素材を活かした感じですが、ボリューム満点で食いしん坊女子二人でもしっかりおなか一杯になりました。メニュー構成もセンス抜群で、器も凝っていて素敵でした。また、お食事をいただく空間もなんとも言えない落ち着きがあり、終始お食事を楽しむことが出来ました。　 接客もつかず離れず、しかしとても親切で品があってありがたかったです。 お部屋はいたって普通でしたが、清潔で広さ十分です。 お風呂も露天、内風呂を楽しめていうことなし。 立地は湯布院の中心部から数分畑の中を歩く感じ。ちょうどよい。 オフシーズンだから安かったのか？それにしてもこのお値段でこのクオリティは逆に申し訳ないくらい。おすすめです！！ さらに表示

口コミがとても良かったのでこちらに決めましたが大正解でした まず食事が本当に美味しかったです 夕食朝食共にひとつひとつが手が込んでいて味も上品で期待以上のものがでたと思います お品書きがあるのも良いですね お風呂は男女別の大浴場と露天貸切がひとつ 小規模旅館なので混み合うこともなく ゆっくり入ることができました スタッフの方々も気持ち良い接客で 何泊もしたいなと思える旅館でした また必ず訪れたいです^_^ さらに表示

Staff and food are really nice. We booked a massage for the night and worth the money too. One thing is that it’s 13mins away from the station with no public transport so it was a journey to the hotel with luggages. But once you arrived the hotel and tried the hot spring, you would know it’s totally worth it :) さらに表示

When you choose to travel to Japan, one thing you would expect to experience must be the high level qualitative service. In this hostel that is definitely something you can experience. When we walked in the doorway, the staff opened the door with smile and greeted us in Japanese. Though we don't speak Japanese, we could sense that he was trying to explain everything in Japanese and his limited English wordings. Outstanding on its service and creating a relaxing environment for the guests. Food was well planned and excellent. The private room onsen and room amenities are great and clean. It was very nice to stay at Hanamai ryocan. Their service is very good and expecially the dinner and breakfast was excellent. It was very silence around hotel, and it was the best place to take a rest with spa. I want to visit there once again. さらに表示

The location is slightly distant from the Yufuin main street, yet without causing any inconvenience. The whole hotel is so elegant and quiet that you fell in love at the first sight. I am very satisfied with the room setting and its private, delicate onsen house. Both the dinner and the breakfast are Kaiseki, which represent the art of Japanese plating and seasonal favor. It is located in the quiet and peaceful place and convenient to visit all attractions around it. Also, the food was really good. I went there with my mom who is really picky. She also lover their food. Most of all, the man (maybe the owner) at the desk was awesome. I can tell he enjoys welcoming guest and he was always around us to help us. We had an en-suite with a Private onsen. The food was amazing and the staff were very friendly and catered to our needs. We were there during the cherry blossom season and the scenery was beautiful! Highly recommend this onsen! さらに表示

My husband, 13 year old daughter and I stayed here on Christmas night and every detail was lovely. Private and public baths were each lovely. Food was delicious and thoughtfully prepared. Setting was lovely and cozy with a fire burning in the evenings. It was close enough to everything but still tucked away to feel special and private. さらに表示
