客室も温泉もめっちゃ良かったし、スタッフさんたちもとても優しくて気持ちよかったです！少し残念だった部分は温泉の水が早く冷えてきてそんなには暑くなかったです。でもそれは冬なので季節のせいだと思います。初めての温泉経験を良い経験になるようにしてくれて本当にありがとうございます😊次回また温泉に来る機会があったらきっと来ます！ さらに表示

We were greet by friendly staff who speak fluent mandarin & Cantonese. She is very kind and helpful. Explaining to us the facilities in a gentle tone and well mannered. I was amazed by their customer service and the awesome facilities provided by the hotel. I would strongly encourage this hotel for travellers travel to Yufuin area. It worths every single penny! Stayed 1 night with my husband, my parents and my grandma. Got a surprise gift from the hotel and enjoyed the villa with a private hot spring inside our room. Dinner and breakfast are tasty, and the other hot springs inside the hotels are so good too, spacious and with good view! Thank you very much for your service. さらに表示

tho the hotsprings are for public use, when you are using it, you can put on a label on the door saying you are using it and lock the door so that no one can go inside the hotspring you are using. The breakfast and dinner are awesome. They also have pick up service. さらに表示

They don't offer luggage storage at the beginning. We were told to store our luggages in JR station. However, they finally accepted to store in the lobby. A bit disappointed about this. Anywatw, the hotel staff are friendly through out the stay. さらに表示

Brought my old folks for some quality onshen treat and had to book the annex house because the regular rooms were all sold out during the Golden week. BEST CHOICE ever (albeit by default). Yes it was pricier than I would have wanted to pay but breakfast/dinner was included, and I definitely needed some space while traveling with parents. =D The series of private bathtubs were superb and just so so nice. Close enough to Yufuin downtown if hot tub gets boring.
The only downside was the army of ants at night. Because the annex was traditional wooden house, and because I generally attract bugs and mosquitoes, the first night was a challenge for me to sleep well. Ask for bug repellent and the concierge is very friendly and helpful. さらに表示
If onsen hot spring room is occupied, cannot get shower. Only 7 private hotspring rooms in entire hotel. さらに表示

We rented a house there with private outdoor bath. However, the water was too hot. Luckily, there are 5-6 open Spa House in public area. We enjoyed free renting the bath houses. The water temperature there is acceptable. The food there is ok but not top notch nor creative. Still, we found it a relaxing hotspring stay. Also, they have 2 staff speaking Mandarin! Hotel staff are nice and helpful. One staff can speak Mandarin.
Both public and private onsens are good. If the hotel is fully booked, the private onsens are always full too, especially those bigger private onsens.
Hotel provides a lot of tasty food for breakfast and dinner. We like the tea and the paper crane provided in the room.
It's good for driving travel, as parking is easy and 3 minutes only to the main shopping street.
Thanks for the hotel to upgrade our room.

among the staff are the one WHO CAN SPEAK KOREAN, the one WHO KNOWS EVERYTHING ABOUT BUS SCHEDULE, and those who actively help us.
there are various kinds of bath including mixed bath and private bath. It's really good to take a bath enjoying the outer air.
rooms are spacious and clean, very comfortable. breakfast and dinner were more than great.
