How do I start....it’s just the most lovely onsen experience I have had in Japan. The price is absolutely fair for what this place offers. Perfect meals, perfect room, perfect staff, perfect location. I travelled with my grandma and we love every bit of it. Would definitely come back! さらに表示

We booked this ryokan last minute and had some doubts, since there weren't many reviews published, and most of the photos online were a bit dated. However we were quite impressed with the Ryokan. First, the staff was waiting for us at the parking lot to assist us with the parking and baggage. Check in was quick and smooth. Rooms were very spacious. We had the traditional japanese room (10tatami size) plus a separate living room and all the amenities you need. The onsen was a great plus since it was always available and didn't require early booking..however, compared to other indoor onsen, it was a bit dated and small. Japanese breakfast was a lot of small portions, not really our type, but it was ok. Location is great. Walking distance to the small shops and Cafes, as well as the lake. On the down side, the ryokan is a bit dated you can see some wear and tear here and there, but that's just to nitpick. Overall,it was relaxing and comfortable. さらに表示

It was great time to experience real Japanese traditional room that I could see only in a movie. It has Japanese style building, quiet restaurant and nice spa,even it's little bit small. 環境舒適，有設計感的日式風格 位置方便，離湯之坪街道很近！ 提供免費接送，抵達後打電話給旅館，旅館告知到information center等待，其實是因為旅館是派taxi來接，而那裡是taxi排班的地方。會有司機大哥拿著旅館名字的板子出來尋找。 Email每天都會回信，有提出一些飲食上的要求也都有做到。服務親切，又不會讓人有壓力！由於我們訂的是房內有私人湯池的，沒有使用公共的。房間超級舒適，床也好好睡，溫泉泡湯的溫度也剛剛好！非常滿意！食物精緻又美味，一道一道上菜，生食新鮮，熟食該熱該燙的，特殊要求的都有用心在處理。真心的好吃。無可挑剔！ さらに表示
