温泉地なのにお風呂少ない、露天風呂欲しかった。部屋からの景色が悪すぎ。何にも見えないコンクリートの壁だけだった。料理がは夕方種類多かったが、朝イマイチな感じ。 さらに表示

We stay a night here at the River View Japanese Style Room..the room was clean and spacious and the view was nice . The resort let you choose your own yukata at the lobby area right after check in. I do recommend you to try their buffet dinner..which serves wide varieties of Japanese style foods and we get to enjoy Shabu-shabu on that day .and the breakfast was nice too . And one more things we enjoyed here was their hot springs which was clean and relaxing . For peoples who get here by train with heavy luggages like us then we recommend you to take the shuttle bus because the resort located on top of steep hills . The shuttle bus drop off / pick up guest infront of Gero Station every 30mins (You can check their shuttle time at tourist information centre located right after you exit the train station because I lost the timetable paper that the resort gave me) and look for the shuttle bus with “湯快” sticker on it and this shuttle bus operate for two of their resorts “Yukai Honkan” (main resort) & “Yukai Bekkan” . This hotel is quite old, but it is clean and comfortable. The view from the room is perfect, you could watch the whole town from your private room. And don't miss their dinner and breakfast, All You Can Eat much traditional yummy food, for example, Shabu Shabu, bbq food, Tempura, Ramen, Soba, Icecream.... And there is a mini game centre, table tennis room, a place suitable for couples and family. You should try there! さらに表示

Wide selection for breakfast and dinner. Food was nice. Staff (Young man) was friendly and helpful. Had booked a room with open air bath, however the hotel received from booking.com with a normal room without open air bath. it's a very nice hotel, there r nice mountain view in the front also great buffet they serve. the hot spring is amazing very moisturizing for skin. recommend if you visit Gero you should stay here. They have shuttle bus to pick you up at the train station. さらに表示

the breakfast and dinner are in buffet style with unlimited supply of crabs the facilities are good too, they provide shuttle bus to station and some site visit. they have the message chairs too, so you can relax after the onsen and long day shopping さらに表示
