タオルが部屋に備え付けハンディタオルがたった１枚しかなく、温泉に入る前に、持ってるつもりが落としてしまい。受付でスペアを貰おうとおもったら 部屋にあるので、それを使ってくれといわれました。バスタオルほどの大きいタオルでしたらまだしも、ハンディタオルも貸して頂けない。 値段がお安いのでしようがないのでしょうが、風呂場から、離れている部屋に戻り、落としている事に気付きましたが、ハンディータオルは１枚しかないので、結局無しで、温泉に入りました（涙）。スペアのタオルを持って行かれた方がいいと思います。 さらに表示

コロナのこともあったのでバイキングがちょっと気になりました。 入口にはビニール手袋を置いていましたが、 全員の着用を義務付けでるわけでもなかったので　手袋をしないで料理を取ってる人が多かったです。 各テーブルにも除菌スプレーや除菌シートなど置いてなかったので　エビの皮を素手で剥いて食べなくてはならなかったのが嫌でした。 もう少し　コロナ対策をしてもらえてたら良かったです。 さらに表示

If you are looking to stay in a traditional Japanese Style room, look no further. We regretted not staying here for more nights. There were onsen, outdoor hot foot bath for usage, and even complimentary massage chairs to soothe those aching muscles! Everyone is dressed in a complimentary yukata robe and their dinner buffet is pretty affordable for its range of food! Oh, did I not mention? Their tatami is ultra comfortable and we didn’t even wish to get out of bed the very next day! Three thumbs up! さらに表示

I booked an non-smoking room in Agoda, but they gave me a smoking room!! The room was at Annex Building, I guess the whole Annex Building are smoking rooms because of smell and they provide ash plate inside the room. It was really a bad experience, the room is dilapidated as you can see the wall is worn-out, smell bad because of the smoke. It is "funny" that the refrigerator makes echo noisy sound if you switch it on, which make you can't sleep! It was annoying that we had to spent long time to find out where the sound comes from........ Also the water boiler, there was a ring of rust and half bottle of water already inside, obviously nobody clean up for long time. The spa is not good, seems you are sitting on a sandstone inside the hot water pool. But they provide lot of recreation facilities which are nice for family and kids. Staff are nice too, very willing to answer my question in very limited English. I have some pictures but don't know where and how to upload it. さらに表示

The place was crowded with families and children because of a holiday, but it was still nice, not bothersome and very quiet and dark at night. The onsens they have were relaxing, the facilities clean, the breakfast and dinner (included in the price) were copious and very japanese and delish... they also had Western foods for those that don't eat miso soup for breakfast..... No actual photo can show me when I booked, quite disappointed of the room size and view. I find that only half price of what I paid if walk in. What a big different and high mark up of Agodia. So disappointed. But the dinner buffet is nice さらに表示

Great staff and nice spread of buffet breakfast and dinner. Only down side is the hourly run bus that stopped right in front of the hotel, but can walk down further to another bus stop like 5 min away with more frequent bus rides. さらに表示
