最高!
ハウステンボスで初日は泊まりました。二日目もずっと園内で遊びましたが、、そのホテルには、大浴場がなかった上に、天気が悪く急に気温が下がり、、身体が冷えきっていましたので、、二泊目のこちらのホテルには、温泉があるという事を、楽しみに参りました。 佐世保駅に３０分ごとに送迎バスが来てくれてて、助かりましたし。 運転手さんも親切な方で私が一人旅で翌日にどこを散策しようかまよってるというと、、色々とアドバイスくださいました。 ホテルは山の上で景色もそれはそれは素晴らしくて、、佐世保港の軍艦なども初めて見ましたし、、たくさんの島々に灯る夜景に息をのみました。 ハウステンボスの人工的な光の演出もすてきでしたが、、二日目をこちらに泊まらせてもらい、、自然の壮大さと美しさに、、また違う感銘をうけて。 ハウステンボスに泊まっての二日目をこのにされるのは、とてもおすすめです！！ 夕食は、わたしは、レモンステーキ食べ放題にひかれて、ビュッフェにしました。 とてもおいしかったです。 紅ズワイですが、カニも食べ放題でした。 湯がいた上に焼きがににしてあり、ほんとに美味しかったです。 お風呂で出会ったご婦人が、和食良かったよーとおっしゃってました。 次回は和食レストランにいってみようと思ってます。 翌日は、長崎市内の、観光をしようと決めて、バスがいいか、電車がいいか、と、、 フロントの方にお尋ねしましたら、、そのあと、時刻表などをバスと電車両方、調べてくださり、帰りの長崎空港までの時刻表もしらべてくださってて、、 本当に助かりました。 みなさんの心配りに、初めての九州旅行が素晴らしい思い出となりしめくくれました。ありがとうございました。 さらに表示

本当に山の上にあるのでホテルに行くまで少々不安になりましたが…(笑) いざ、到着すると最高の眺望が待っていました。 ホテルの施設はエアコンが一括管理だったり、床の絨毯に年季を感じたり古さを感じましたが、そこまで気にする所ではないかと思います。 さらに表示

フロントの対応、ロケーション、設備どれを取って非常に御値段以上の価値はあると思います。今回は、一泊二食付きで宿泊したのですが、夕食のバイキングの際の、スタッフの素っ気無い対応には、ガッカリさせられました。全てのスタッフがおもてなし気持ちを忘れずに対応してこそ、一流のホテルでは？次回は夕食抜きにはしたく無いので、改善されるように希望いたします。 さらに表示

- romantic place with a great view(perfect for couple) - Staff is friendly (the doorman ran to our car when we arrived in order to give us umbrellas as it was raining heavily even we actually had our own umbrella. We were deeply touched and grateful) - room is large enough for two of us - the hot spring is great. For all hotel guests it's free to use the hot spring. There are two-three hot springs in men/women's area plus a sauna room. Though you can't really see the night view there due to reflection. -breakfast is satisfactory さらに表示

I only stayed for 2 nights, and was unable to try the spa or the restaurants. The room was large in size compared to some of the other hotels in Sasebo. The walls were a little dingy, with not too much attention to detail in clearing up any old (and a lot of)scuff marks. Sheets were clean and beds/ pillows were comfortable. Shower/ bathroom was nice. The day I needed to checkout it had rained heavily and there were leaks in the roof coming down the through the hallway ceiling. There were buckets out to catch the water coming down. I thought this was an unusual sight in a hotel. With a little repair, this hotel would be awesome. さらに表示

I knew the hotel had a great view when I booked it, but didn't realize how great it is until I saw it for real! After a windy long drive up the hill of Sasebo, the hotel owned the hill top with great view even from my own room. I was going to pick one of the few recommended locations to watch the famous sunset but after checking in the hotel, I realized it had the best view in the whole of Sasebo from its swimming pool! If you're a photo enthusiast like myself then don't miss this place! さらに表示

The room was clean and well-appointed; I especially appreciated having a fully opening sliding door. I love fresh air and this door made it possible. The morning breakfast catered to both Japanese and western preferences and all was beautifully prepared. I really liked the fresh pineapple that was there each morning. The staff were extremely helpful and the language barrier was not a problem - they were wonderful. I would stay there again if I ever were to return. The hotel's grounds lead into a wonderful mountaintop park that is a gentle 10 minute hike up to a wonderful lookout area. It needs to drive up the narrow and windy road up to the hotel. The staffs cannot speak English and are not helpful. Recommend not to drive at night or after 5pm during winter. さらに表示

It’s location on a hilltop is both its advantage & disadvantage. On the bright side, it offers a good view of the city, but it takes 20 minutes of travel from JR station to the hotel and it is necessary to use the hotel shuttle to travel from the hotel to the city coz no public transport, even taxi will go there. There is only one shuttle per hour so it is quite convenient. The hotel does has a swimming pool and spa facilities, but my opinion is there is nothing much for you to spend the day inside the hotel, so it is up the hill position is more a disadvantage than an advantage. The working attitude of the staff is average in the Japanese standard and I met one very irresponsible driver who refuse to arrange the many luggages that jammed on the hotel shuttle. Very few hotel would actually let customers to deal with the luggage’s on board. I hurt my foot when I deal with the jammed luggages and overlooked a trap on the steps. But if you are planning a jogging, the location is good. さらに表示

The hotel is in the peak of a hill, extraordinary view for photo shooting, you can see both sunshine and sunset of 99 islands and the overview of Sasebo city. The hotel is clean, stylish. The location is a bit far but it's OK since the hotel provides shuttle. The only bad comment is the buffet dinner was a bit rough. さらに表示
