駅から近く、温泉街らしく便利性はとても良かったです。スタッフの方々もとても皆さん親切で笑顔で対応してくださいました。気になったのはホテルのエレベーターを出た時に芳香剤のような匂いがきつく、芳香剤の匂いが苦手な私にとってはとても気になりました。部屋自体も何かの匂いがこもっていて換気をしないと部屋に居られない感じでした。 さらに表示

和食処「桂」の9月の会席料理が秋らしい食材でとてもおいしくいただいた。ビュッフェは料理をとりすぎてしまうので朝食は「ウィステリア」の洋定食。以外にボリュームがあり、おなかがいっぱいになりました。ランチには富士屋ホテル自慢の「ビーフカレー」。口当たりは甘めなのですが、後でピリッときます。
機会があれば、再訪したいホテルです。

露天の檜風呂は、危険極まりない。 まず、湯船に踏み入れた途端に足を救われるほど、ぬるぬるしています。ホテル側も知っていながら、「滑り安いのでお気をつけて」などという立て看板を立てて、建前だけ取り繕っていますが、そのうち頭を打つなどして、死人か重体の客が出ることは否めないです。自分も含めて、何人も転ぶところを目撃しました。二度と泊まりたくありません。 さらに表示

Close to public transport. No street noise at all. Large rooms, very clean. Hotel has good facilities - food dining options / public / private onsens. overall the stay at the hotel was very pleasant, however be aware that when you booked via Agoda, you may not have a choice of dinner (we were given french dinner instead of japanese dinner by default), however the manager acknowledged the issue and made steps to make our stay pleasant さらに表示

Very close to Hakone-Yumoto station, where you can board the RomanceCar or Hakone-Tozan train, and bus station with buses going to Gotemba Premium Outlet and various tourist destination, probably only 3 min away.
They provide a free smartphone in the room with wifi capabilities for you to use on your day trips.
Spacious room and about 2 pillows and 1 cushion pillow for each person.
The nearest convenience store, 7-11, is probably about 10 min walk away, although there are other shops near the train station.
Not as scenic as if you stay near Ashi lake but it is a good base as you don't have to lug around your suitcases on the bus. And the bus can get pretty crowded. さらに表示

Staff is nice. The spa is good which have 4 for men and 3 for women. The reservation for family spa is easy and cheap. The tatami is comfortable and you can find the housekeeper to help you set up the tatami. The dinner is tasty. Very good hotel さらに表示

Had the opportunity to stay here in Yumoto Fujiya with my family during our visit to Hakone. We chose the Annex Room ( Futon Style sleeping arrangement ).
Initially we were worried about hard floors, uncomfortable beddings and small and cramped place that we might have to spend the night. However, when we entered into the room, we were stunned with the immense amount of space we could carry for all 5 of our big luggage around the room and there were stilll space for all the futons to be laid out nicely and plenty of turning area ( for those who move around alot when they sleep )
Futons were super comfortable and we all knocked out pretty soundly after our relaxing soak in the Onsen within the hotel premises. We also opted for the dinner and breakfast inclusion for our hotel stay and the food that was provided was great and excellent! Not forgetting the proximity of the station to the hotel, Yumoto Fujiya is definitely a place i would recommend anyone who is looking for a place ! さらに表示

I traveled with my 62 year old mom and my younger sister. Yumoto Fujiya hotel was right next to the station which is very convenient. By the station there's bus that cost 860 yen to owakudani to see the Mt. Fuji. Lucky for us it was sunny and bright and we decided to give owakudani a shot. Once we got off the bus the Mt. Fuji was right there! It was cold and we went back to the hotel and the hot spring was just right there for us to enjoy. Bed was comfortable and clean. There is fridge, electric kettle and free smart phone in the room. If you booked a room you can reserve the private onsen/hot spring for only 1000 yen. The sign was in Japanese only but we overheard someone made a reservation and I made a reservation after that person. The private onsen was not mention when I checked in. There are some beautiful cherry blossom out of the hotel and the best spot to take pictures of the cherry blossom is the second floor. Overall it was nice and relaxing. さらに表示
