The food has quality and (too much) quantity. The hot springs were great. The private baths is good for all types of visitors. However, the location is up a small slope; not good for wearing clogs. English friendly. Away from the main streets meaning less access but more quiet. さらに表示

Kaiseki dinner was sumptuous with crab, abalone, Tagima beef etc. do note however that the abalone is live when served for self-grilling. May be troubling for many people like us. Room was smallish but most adequate as it is Jap style. Ours had a forest view. Quite rustic and quaint. さらに表示

The room is spacious, clean, and decorated nicely. Staff are friendly and speaks good English. The flower and apple bath is different, worth trying out. Near this hotel, there are a lot of small family owned restaurants, which is convenient. And also this hotel is very close to one of the main onsens in the area, which is another plus. 城崎車站出來就是城崎的主要街道，沿著小河一直走到尾就是湯樂，位置不會太偏但又獨門獨院非常幽靜。庭園設計得非常漂亮，服務也很周到，食物很美味，不過就是有些多，沒有吃完，有些浪費了。旅館會給一張pass可以去城崎的公眾浴場泡湯，旅館本身有溫泉，入住還可以選擇四十分鐘的私湯。 さらに表示

影像最深的有几点: 1.服务热情，我们下班车后，距离酒店还有一段两百米左右的上坡路，酒店员工远远的出来三位，帮忙拿行李； 2.简单办理入住手续后，服务员热情带我们去挑选浴袍并帮忙在房间里试穿； 3.餐饮部服务员特别热情，晚餐的日式料理是我在日本吃过最好吃的！ 另外，提一下城崎温泉小镇，首先小镇的确很小，只有一条主街道，人也少，热闹与否主要靠游客。其次，有美味的海鲜和但马牛肉。 さらに表示
