部屋もでっかいし、駅にも近い。洗濯機、電子レンジ、台所も完備。本当の家みたい!しかも値段も高くない!今まで日本に泊まったホテルの中にダントツ一位に決まるだろう!!今回京都に行ったらまたここに泊まる!最高!!! さらに表示

The apartment is clean and cool. The facilities are amazing and the staff are helpful. It is close to train station, food and Nijo Castle. When we were there, there are construction next to the hotel, but you can’t hear any noise at all. さらに表示

There is no car park at this hotel and male reception is really annoy. He keeps telling me no park at front hotel which I did not. I paid ¥2100 per day at street parking. I looked that hotel car park, never even one car parked there. I really do not know why he so desperate to warn me all the time. He is not Japanese, but as front desk reception in Japan, this attitude really surprises me and annoyed. さらに表示

Super clean spacious apartment with excellent layout and lovely beds. A friend and I stayed for two nights - great laundry facilities with everything provided. Amazing reference book on how to work every appliance and gadget - much appreciated. Calm and quiet but close to shops and public transport. A bit far from downtown but a brilliant base for temple visits and exploring - nice to stay in a local area that wasn’t too touristy. Would definitely stay again さらに表示

We are frequent family travellers. I brought my 2 small kids with me. I was surprised that this is just a street across right infront of the Nijo Station in Kyoto. Very convenient esp. with kids.. The room is huge enough for us, very comfy, complete kitchen and dining facilities, friendly and accomodating staff, everything is clean and new. .I love the details of modern interiors. I highly recommend this place. This is just 2 stations away from Main Kyoto station, and near to kyoto destinations like Nishiki Market, Nijo Castle, etc. You will never regret staying at this apartment. :) さらに表示

Very nice, clean with good in room facilities. I especially like the washing machine and dryer. The hotel is also very close to JR and subway stations, Nijo-jo castle, many shops snd restaurant. A quite neighborhood. A good jogging track if anyone likes jogging in the morning. However, it would be good to provide more detailed instruction of how to get to the hotel. The hotel is very close to the station but one could get lost if exit on the wrong side of the station. Staff as friendly and helpful. Almost perfect but for the door between the bedroom and the living room, which wasn’t really a door but more like a gate. Perhaps this is due to regulations? But my son was asleep in the bedroom and I didn’t want to wake him while I used the microwave etc so that part wasn’t perfect. The curtains could be a bit thicker and there was a gap in between, but it was ok. The staff was really helpful and had a great service attitude. The concierge isn’t 24 hours but they work till 2am so it’s more than enough. The location was also convenient (right between Kyoto station and Arashiyama), and there were convenience stores or even huge supermarkets around. Pots and pans and stove and a decent sized fridge were all available and clean. A real bargain. Will recommend and revisit. さらに表示

New, very clean and somehow convenient serviced appartment. The neighborhood is somehow quiet with limited entertainment and options for fine dining, but at the end very conveniently located, few steps away from Nijo Station. - located very near to Nijo JR Station and Nijo Subway stations. - so many amenities around the hotel, so many places to have you breakfast, lunch and dinner - amazing assistance from the hotel staff. we were too early to check-in (which is at 3pm) so we went out to a local sushi restaurant to have our lunch and recce the surrounding areas, by the time we head back at abour 2.45 pm they checked-us in and our luggages already in the room. - another exciting moment: we actually experienced an earthquake (18th June) which happened in Osaka at that time. さらに表示

The hotel is located 3 minutes walk from Nijo station which is 2 stops from Kyoto station. Nijo castle is 7 minutes stroll from hotel. There is 7-11 at Nijo station and a food street 3 block away. The room size is reasonably big, contempo ryokan style. There are separate areas for sleeping area and dining/kitchenette. There is washing machine, fridge, microwave oven and even a rice cooker. Improvement: Whilst the blinds are aesthetically pleasing but not functional as it is unable to block out sunlight totally so perhaps hotel can install black out curtains instead and also in room safety box. Yutaka is hands-down the best accommodation we stayed at during our family trip to Japan. The room is big (for Japan's standard) and very comfortable. The staff is also friendly and helpful. If we visit Kyoto again, we will definitely stay at Yutaka again. さらに表示

Brilliant accomodation with excellent, modern facilities. A lot of thought has been given to the every day needs of the traveller. (Bathroom with drying function and clothes line; washing machine and washing powder; Netflix access to name a few). Tasteful interior design. Located across the road from Nijo station which is one stop away from Kyoto Station and has taxi stands if you'd rather skip the rail network. The staff were all English speaking and very helpful. We will be staying here again the next time we visit Kyoto. Thank you for a wonderful stay! さらに表示

すごく良い
It got one bedroom, one dining room, one restroom but only one aircon in bedroom and I don’t think it’s working, so the house’s temperature is around 14. Also if they can change the bed mat everything could be perfect cause the bed mat is so hard and cheap and the bed sheet is the worst I ever seen. So overall, this could be a high score hotel but the bed is awful さらに表示
