部屋は普通です。畳が劣化してたりと年代相応になっていますが、お風呂のお湯が素晴らしいです。源泉かけながし。これにつきます。温泉宿なのにお湯を水増ししたり、消毒して再利用してる宿が多い中、ここは温度調整のための水の追加はありますが、沸いた温泉をかけ流し。常に新鮮なお湯です。消毒液の匂いぷんぷんの100人は入れる大浴場が好きな人はここに泊まらないほうがいいです。お湯の投入量に応じた浴槽です。貯めることで適温になることを考えた湯舟の大きさ。これがほんとの温泉宿だと思います。食事は無しの素泊まりなので、食事の時間の制限をうけることなく自由に過ごせます。IHがあるので自炊できます。 さらに表示

基本自炊宿なので、温泉（お湯そのもの）は好きだけど、懐石料理みたいなのは不要という方にお勧めです。温泉は源泉かけ流しです。加水ありですが浴槽に循環装置が無い。この幸せを感じられる方には良いと思います。温泉の投入量に応じた浴槽です。大きければ良いってもんじゃないですよね。この価値解る方に。　部屋は築年数相応という感じ。畳はかなりくたびれてますけど、宿泊費用を考えたらコストパフォーマンスは最高です。 さらに表示

Take cable car fr Gora Stn,get off at no 60 on the left, easy to find out..The hotel is a little old ouside and old elevator but the room is great, everything is new.You can relax hot spring here also, it's for free. さらに表示

This was a great experience for an englis family. The futons were great. The duvets were AMAZING!! We don’t understand how they were so light, comfortable and warm. We were a family of 4 and stayed in rooms for 6. They was the right size for us. The town closes early so beware! さらに表示

The room is so big compared to money that we paid it has separated dinning and sleeping area also a tiny kitchen corner, next time I would not stay only one night and it very closes to cable car station, btw if you check in after 7pm you have to take cab to hotel only which it’s not gonna be expensive cause it just 3 mins and walking is too much tired especially with luggages and uphill way, so dont waste your energy trust me we have tired. さらに表示

Big place up to 7 people (3 adult, 1 junior and 3 children). There are 2 types of big room and we get the bigger one. 1 minute from Naka-Gora Station. A little bit exercise if check-in with luggage (going up hill). Provide luggage service. Free Ice Cream at front desk all day :). Additional cost for onsen whether use it or not around JPY 400. さらに表示

Overall, our stay was good, except that we had to pass the steep and not smooth road to reach the hotel from Naka-gora station. Not easy for old people or if you carry a suitcase. The location was not far from the station though. Do not get wrong with the other Yutorelo hotel, as we did. This Yutorelo annex is located just behind the cable car station. Also be careful of the train schedule, as the last train is only until 7pm. There is no restaurant nor convenient store near the hotel, so be prepared beforehand. さらに表示

New hotel with good clean onsen. Room is big enough for 5 person. Staff are friendly. Only problem is the located at middle of the hill with road sloping at 30 degree, it is tough effort for elderly and young children. Car park is limited and very small. Pros: super near the Naka-Gora station, just a bit of an uphill walk. Large space, with clean and large shower area and separate toilet. Has a fun Dining area and kitchen. It accommodated our group of 6 perfectly. The onsen was really clean with a nice outdoor view. The front desk girl was really helpful and could speak english. Cons: No restaurants nearby. be sure to eat early as Hakone is such a sleepy area. the train line near the hotel closes at 7pm. No other way to get to the hotel except by that train or by taxi. The nearest store to buy food from is really tiring to get to because the road is on an incline. さらに表示

We had a very nice stay here. The rooms were spacious and quite comfortable and the location is excellent. The table arrangement took a little getting used to but was great once we got used to it. We loved having the balcony, which offered lovely views. The kitchenette was very helpful, but we had no crockery or cutlery, which was a challenge. We ended up buying some disposable things while we were out. A nice place to stay, touches of traditional Japanese living and an excellent location to explore Hakone. さらに表示

As long as you arrive when the cable car is still operational, no problem. Otherwise you have to carry luggages up a steep hill. Good facilities, even a small onsen. Comfy futons, we had a good sleep. さらに表示

1st - u need to pay extra 150 yen per person for bathing tax even u not using the sauna. 2nd - the room is small and u need to pull out your tatami bed and ready it your self 3rd - sauna room is small 4th - parking lot is limited and if you drive MPV car then u need to super be careful as not easy to parking 5th - staff are not so friendly 6th - building are old Overall is not value for money さらに表示

My family and I (2 adults and 2 kids under 9 years old) had an amazing stay at Yuterol-an Annex. I was a bit worried at first about my booking as I had read some bad reviews about the place, but I though the it was only going to be for 2 nights and it wouldn’t matter. However, I am very happy to say that we had a great time and were pleasantly surprised. On arrival at Gora station, it is a bit of a trek up the hill (we had luggage and our two kids just) so we just got a taxi which didn’t cost very much. However, you can get the cable car up the hill and get off at Naka-Gora station which is the 3rd or 4th stop up. The hotel is just behind the cable car stop. The lobby of the hotel isn’t much, but we didn’t really care as we we’re no the planning on spending much time in the lobby. The staff were friendly and helpful, and spoke English. Our room was amazing - big and light, and the tatami mats were lovely. Our kids enjoyed making our beds. さらに表示

My family stayed here for one night only. How we wished we could stay here for a few more nights. Out of the 4 places we stayed for this family trip, we liked this one the most - Nice scenery, quiet surrounding, super clean and spacious space, cosy onsen etc. The only area of improvement probably is the reception area- carpet and sofa can be cleaner as there are stains on them. さらに表示

The tatami was clean and sleeping quarters spacious, but the carpeting is old. The heating worked well during a late October night. Staff speaks English very well. The indoor onsen is small, but relaxing, if not a little stuffy. There was hair from previous lodgers in the bathroom sink. さらに表示
