兎に角、ホテルは全体的にふるいです。 歯ブラシがセットされていなかったりして、サービスが？って感じです。 今回は大変安いプランで止まったので良かったですが、1万円近くいったら多分泊まりません。 ロケーションも普通の道沿いにあるので、感動的な感想はありません。 ただスタッフの叔母様が丁寧に対応していただけたのでそれは良かったと思います。 さらに表示

the owner was super nice and gave a discount once he knew there was only one person instead of two. literally a stone throw away from Yuzawa kogen. the rooms were very clean with comfortable sofa, toilet and it was nice and warm with a good view. さらに表示

The hotel is a walking distance to the train station, we travelled in December and it was cold. We are glad that we took a taxi to the hotel coz it didn't cost much but save our time and strengths to quickly settling down and can got out for food. Restaurants nearby we visited are awesome and the food are great! Staff in the hotel is really very nice, the offered us a spare charger adaptor when our travelling charger is broken, and gave us a ride to the station when we checked out. Only not so used to Japanese tradition breakfast, not their problem and the food is fine, only we would prefer ham, eggs and bread with coffee. Convenient location to the nearby ski parks. There are no bathroom in your own room. There are only public bathroom for male and femal, plus, a private onsen for free reservation for 1 hour a day. Snowboard Rental available in the hotel and they will drive you to the nearby ski resort on your demand. 1 of the staff knows how to speak Chinese. さらに表示

We stayed at ryokan room with share bathroom. Room is big and clean. It is comfortable and with full amenities. (Green tea, electric water boiler, refrigerator, toothpaste, toothbrush, razor, towel). Share bathroom is clean, with bath gel and shampoo. The hotel has free private onsen in open space (45 mins each for each booking), nice and good experience. The common area also equipped with Microwave, and vending machines, very considerate! We had breakfast in the hotel, it is in Japanese style, very tasty and big portion. We had breakfast for two days and it was the same food. It will be great if hotel can change the breakfast menu daily. Hotel is not far from Echigo-Yuzawa Station, just approx 5 mins walk. Hotel owner also pick up and drop us off on arrival and departure. Very nice and friendly. Just 3 mins walk there is a snow resort, very convenient. Definitely will come back, highly recommend! さらに表示

Nice clean big room for affordable price. Friendly owner who speaks mandarin. No lift but he helped to carry luggage up. No bath in room but there is 24 hour public bath and also a free private bath that you can book on check in. Enjoyable stay. さらに表示

Home away from home: The hotel owner and his wife are more like friends than business owner. Always Try their best to help out. On my last day, I went to the skii field, and the owner let me use the shower room before I head off again. The room- superb! Very clean, cozy and spacious, and value for money. The service- as said before, they are so friendly, and helpful. The owner can speak fluent Chinese. Even before I found this out. He tried to communicate with me in English and provide as much help as possible to find me a snowboarding instructor, give skii field suggestions and even try to get me lined up with other solo travellers after I told him that I was worried about going to the skii field on my own after 10 years not touching my snowboard:) The food- can’t ask for more! So fresh and I would it’s a lot better than some of the five star hotel standards. The savoury egg pudding for brekkie is to kill for! The location: 5 mins walk to EchigoYuzawa JR station, one turn would take you to the hotel. There are plenty of nice restaurants around. So easy. The hosts are very nice and very helpful. The place is clean. The complimentary private osen is super. Breakfast is also super. We really enjoy our stay there. Location is very near to Yuzawa Kogen where you can enjoy skiing. Shuttle bus from Yuzawa Kogen can take us to Gala Yuzawa and NASPA as well. さらに表示

The boss speaks excellent Chinese, though he speaks slow but very clear. Very nice service and staffs are willing to help anything. BTW, You can't miss the traditional Japanese breakfast. And a big plus is the location, close to Yuzawa Kogan ropeway and many good restaurants near by. Train station pick up and drop off service is available. さらに表示

This not a 5-star hotel but the staff had provided excellent service. We booked a 2-night stay and requested for a change of room from 3rd floor to 2nd floor on the 2nd day as my wife had some leg injures before. Mr Jifu was very kind n he acceded to our request. There is no lift in hotel and wifi is only at lobby area but we still enjoyed our stay as the public hot spring is really good for us after a whole day tour to Naeba Highland with quite a lot of walking. さらに表示

Good service, the front desk staff was very nice and helpful. Excellent outdoor hot spring (Onsen), free reservation and use.The hotel is located 10 mins away from the rail station, they provide rail station pick-up and drop by mini van. The manager speaks Chinese, and he provided lots of helpful information including which ski resort is recommended, how to get there...he also gave us a ride to the station and some locations where we wanted to go. The hotel has rental service for ski equipment, good breakfast, and a nice outdoor onsen. We enjoyed our time there. さらに表示
