越後湯沢駅から徒歩圏内ですが、シャトルバスも出してくれて助かりました。 施設は古さが目立つものの、スタッフのみなさんがとても親切で好感が持てました。 レンタルショップのお兄さんも、急な要求や、ゲレンデ行きのバスの情報、近くの美味しいお店など丁寧に対応していただきました。ホテルスタッフとの連携も取れていて、かぐら行きの臨時バスの情報が得られてとても助かりました。 ホテル目の前の居酒屋さんが味もコスパもよく、教えてもらえてありがたかったです。 さらに表示

Reasonable price with hot spring, good location, 8-10 mins walk to Echigo-Yuzawa station, but they can arrange free shuttle bus also, free shuttle bus to Gala & Yuzawa Kogen ski area in front of hotel, and you can buy lift ticket at front desk with discount price !! さらに表示

Spacious rooms though a little dated looking. The onsen was lovely and big enough to not feel crowded. There's a free shuttle to and from echigo-yuzawa station, which is very useful since the hotel is located up a slope. さらに表示

Japanese room big and nice . breakfast mang choise , Jr walk 5-7 mins . around hotel have restruent, behind hotel have Gala ski bus free. Onsen spa are comfortable. wash room are re-new . room view are good. さらに表示

My kids especially love the hot spring in the ladies, as they prepared toys for kids so that they don't get bored. Location is fantastic, a lot of eatery walking distance away. Shuttle pick up from train station was also very helpful and prompt. Ski rental nearby is much cheaper than you rent at the ski resort. They provide foreigner (english speaking coach too) just pick up the name card at the shop and start calling. The coach will meet you at the ski resort. There's free shuttle bus to the ski resorts just walking distance away. If we ever comeback again , we will definitely stay here again. さらに表示

Pickup service upon arrival was really convenient and prompt. The staff from the Echigo Yuzawa visitors centre help us made a call and the shuttle was at the station to pick us up within a few minutes. Shuttle bus run every 20 minutes from hotel to station. Free Shuttle to Gala Yuzawa at the hotel but can be very crowded. The hotel staff speak little English but eager to please with the help of google translate 😁 Our Japanese style room was clean but tired looking. Could do with a fresh coat of paint. Onsen was good. Room rates more pricey than other hotels nearby. Lots of eateries nearby. さらに表示

The Service staff drove me to the train station immediately when I asked if they have transport. We had 5 luggages. 3 young children. Free Shuttle bus to Gala Yuzawa just outside the hotel. Near 7 Eleven. Excellent. Enjoyed our stay in Echigo Yuzawa. さらに表示

It's good price but in echigoyuzawa there is nothing to do except ski and buying the traditional sake wine. It's for 1 night stay in early spring I really enjoyed 1 meter deep snow, weather so cool. The hotel staff helpful but difficult to speak with them in English, but they r really willing to help, they had only few boots to lend for free they didn't have my size, the restaurant open until 11 am n close on 1 pm u can't have lunch there, but I like the room it was very hot better than 5 star cold rooms. Standard traditional Japanese style is a good option to stay. Don't forget to buy rice wine from the station beside it very reasonable price in compare to other places. The hotel was difficult to find its little on the hill, n behind the buildings. Cuz from far u only can see the name by Japanese language. Thx さらに表示

Facilities all good. We had the 10 tatami room and it was very big by Japanese standards. Also, a young female member of staff had great EN ability and went over and above to see that our stay was well supported. My partnered injured herself on the last day and the hotel was fantastic in assisting with every aspect. Very good experience さらに表示

Our Japanese style tatami room was excellent in value. There are also Japanese tea making set for making green tea. Bed mattress are a touch hard but my daughter improvised by putting 2 mattresses. Great location within 5 min walk to train station and eating places. Free shuttle to and from Gala Yuzawa ski resort runs every 30min until 5.30pm. Onsen is free and a must to do. Great breakfast. While the room is a little dated, it’s well maintained and really clean. It’s a short walk to the train station with lots of amenities nearby, including another ski center and lots of eateries. What’s best is that the free shuttle to Gala Yuzawa picks us up right at the hotel doorstep. さらに表示

Stayed in Japanese style room. Room is a bit old but overall very clean and neat. Toilet and bathroom are newly renovated I guess, which looks quite new and hygiene. Can’t explore more like onsen as we just spent one night over there. さらに表示

Good location in down town, hill side of Yuzawa and in walking distance to onset and ski park. in walking distance to train station. convenient store in walking distance as well. Hotel provide traditional Japanese service style. we are only expat during our stay in the hotel during new year. Staff are helpful and trying to communicate well(almost not speak English at all) but mange to communicate well. I'd recommend and defiantly go back and stay with this hotel again. さらに表示

Location is great, many good restaurants along the alley nearby, breakfast buffet is decent good. There's also free Onsen bath in the hotel. The only issue is no internet in the Japanese style room, If you wanna use free wifi, you have to go to the lobby. さらに表示
