すごく良い
翌日、越後湯沢秋桜ハーフマラソン参加のため、家族と宿泊しました。 フロントの方は親切丁寧な対応を頂き良かったです。お部屋は広々とした部屋で満足しましたが、敢えて苦言を述べると、部屋の大きさに対してテレビが小さいような印象を受けました。 大浴場および露天風呂は改築してまもなくなので、とても綺麗で大満足しました。ただ、一つ苦言を述べると脱衣所の床が髪の毛だらけでしたので、大変だとは思いますが清掃強化をして頂けたらありがたいです。 ちなみにマラソン参加後に汗を流すために入浴をお願いしたら、無料で対応頂けたのでとてもありがたかったです。 是非とも来年もお邪魔したいと思います。 さらに表示

Hotel is just beside ski resort ropeway. Nearby the rope way station, delicious ramen shop. Ski rentals available in hotel & they allow to switch from Ski to Snowboard. Only downside is, no half board packages from Agoda. さらに表示

Spacious room, great location, overall good stay. However for both nights of my stay, hotel staff forbid us from entering Onsen due to local students using the bath. They continued to allow more students in while keeping us outside. Very dissatisfied with how they operated. さらに表示

The staff is very kind and helping us here. My kids very happy get souvenir keychan anime from the staff. It's one area with yuzawa kogen, the snow area was amazing. Onsen is unforgettable..watching rain snow while hot bath. Thanks yuzawa toei さらに表示

Excellent stay and staffs were very helpful. Free shuttle service to and from Echigo Yuzawa station. Stay was made very convenient and pleasant. Many thanks to Mr Amano who went out of his way to help us everyday, morning and evening. He must be very tired when we stay there. Breakfast and Dinner was excellent with many food. Check in time 3pm check out time 10am, This is ridiculous, should stated before booking. We came in the morning and wait until 3pm only can check in, and our return train at 3pm, 5 hours in hotel lobby waiting for the transport, should stated in the booking, so that we can arrange early return train. さらに表示

Ski-in hotel which is super convenient to us. The room is clean and spacious with wonderful mountain and ski slope view. The hot bath area is big and there is kid playing zone, too. Value for money! さらに表示

Staff are very nice and helpful. this trip we have elderly together, hotel staff offered us shuttle bus service to commute station and hotel. like this hotel so much, definitely recommend to others. we will stay at this hotel next time さらに表示

車站有接駁巴士，原本訂此酒店是一出酒店就可滑雪下去，可惜今年雪況非常差，低位完全無雪，只能坐纜車上山滑雪。 酒店房間空間間非常大，三張雙人床，兩個行李箱打開也完全沒有問題，溫泉男女都有內外池，很舒服很享受。 さらに表示
