Staffs are very helpful.. They provided free transport to the guest. Unfortunately when we checked out , we had to pay for Onsen for our stay..we thought that it included in our package. さらに表示

Nice hotel, beautiful onsen ! The view is really nice with the snow. The breakfast and dinner are more then enough to be satiated. You can even see a lot of goat-antelope in the nature around the hotel. The staff is really nice and can recommend you quite well places and restaurants around and help you for booking your next activity. I really recommend this hotel ! さらに表示

We loved it here! Very cosy, friendly and comfortable hotel with everything you could need. Excellent location with free shuttle to and from station. The onsen was just awesome, stayed in for three hours. Room was lovely and warm, comfortable beds, nice view, fridge, nice yukata to wear to the onsen. We didn't try restaurant but heard good things. The lobby was nice and homely with a big fire. We must say that the staff and management were so helpful and kind to when we had problems getting cash from atm and they went above and beyond to get us on a snowshoe tour lending us money until we could get some out the next day. One member of staff was especially helpful, he was tall and spoke good English, we liked him very much he had a lively manner. Really can't recommend this place enough. Oh and the chocolates in the room were a nice touch さらに表示

旅館的員工很和善也很貼心地準備房內的茶點，只是晚上睡覺房內蚊子很多，在耳朵旁嗡嗡叫吵的無法入睡，早上起床發現牆壁上停滿蚊子，每個人手臂和臉多了數十個紅色叮咬點，至今仍心有餘悸！ さらに表示

藏王溫泉區含早午餐的旅館很貴，當初因價格考量但評價少而姑且一試，想不到飯店讓我們真的很滿意，雖不是富麗堂皇但充滿著溫泉旅館的溫暖氛圍，因為是冬天入住大廳有燃著柴火，連電梯內都有香氛環繞(小細節超用心)，用餐服務人員雖語言不通但很熱情想解說餐點的食用方式；房間乾淨舒適，特別的澡堂溫泉竟然是24小時都開放，第一次泡著藏王溫泉，水質真的跟大家說的一樣，泡完皮膚很咕溜~雖然在藏王區有很多溫泉飯店可以考慮，真心覺得下次還想再入住{希望寫的不會太像業配文，應該也不可能有業配啦XD) さらに表示

โรงแรมค่อนข้างเก่า พนักงานบริการพอใช้ได้ อาหารเช้า+เย็นก็โอเค เป็นเซ็ทอาหารแบบญี่ปุ่น ออนเซ็นดีมาก สวยวิวดี มีให้แช่ทั้งบ่อด้านนอกและในโรงแรม ถ้าไม่มีรถส่วนตัวจะเดินทางค่อนข้างลำบากนิดนึง เนื่องจากไกลจากสถานีรถบัส さらに表示
